Just wanted to confirm that this is not a bug.

If it’s a select a gem spell the Deathmark gem shouldn’t be able to be targeted. And if it’s a select a row or column then it can as the spell is then targeting the board instead, and not a specific gem.

I hope this clarifies things!

On another note, your idea of the holiday event free pet copy to be inside the event shop is a great idea and something that I’ve gone ahead and made a Quality of Life request for to the development team to take into consideration.

I’ve checked our server logs and I can see that there has been no outages on our end.

However, I have been alerted that there were a lot of major disconnections for some ISP in Canada from around 12am AEST - 6am AEST.

And currently, Steam is down in both United States and Canada.

I’d suggest checking with your ISPs, and or with websites such as downdetector and looking for any large spikes in reported issues or a big red line signalling that it’s currently down and or in a critically low state.

The Golden Snapdragon Pet appears in the Event Shop once you have purchased all the available stock of the original Snapdragon pet copies.

You can collect rest of the Snapdragon copies in the event login calendar which will be enough to upgrade your pet to Mythic. (There’s a fix incoming for this, and I’ll bring up potentially gifting a copy at the beginning of the event rather than near/at the end.)

As for the Golden Snapdragon, this is a separate pet in itself. (A golden version)

As for the “Crag Hammer” weapon, you obtain it by having 50 Gem Mastery in the weapon colours. (So 50 Red Gem Mastery + 50 Brown Gem Mastery)

Then the next time you levelled up, you received this weapon.

The Switch Hellcrag Weapon: “Tears of Sisters”, is given through completing the Kingdom Questline, and the “Aegis of Hellcrag” is a weapon that can be purchased when playing said questline.

I’ve since reported this issue with the missing weapons on Switch to the development team who should be releasing a fix for this very soon.

This is a currently known issue with the development team which has already been reported and is undergoing construction/fixes.

It is high on our priority list, and unfortunately fixing assets is a much more complicated task than it seems.
