Hello Adventurers, :slight_smile:

We noticed that Grosh-Nak’s Trial enemy team is a little frustrating to play against, especially at higher levels due to amount of summoning the team has. We have released a server change to the enemy team to reduce the frustration while still giving a slight challenge.

With the Trial player team, we will be looking at alternative teams in further weeks. Grosh-Nak is a kingdom where the Troops don’t have spells that easily complement each other, this is something we will review as part of a future kingdom rework.

I’ve reported the three traps for the dungeon run to the development team.

  • If you can please provide an Invite Code of the player who had this issue, that would be very helpful!
  • If you can also find out what platform the player was on, that would be great too :slight_smile:

I have raised these technicalities with the development team for the “No Casualties” delve stat, and will also be making a report on this. Please understand that this is a finnicky issue!

No, The forums is the place to go for bug reports. Sometimes with certain cases like these you may be asked to escalate with a Support ticket for your own privacy reasons or if the development team might need more information to investigate or resolve your issue.

Please contact Support via Ticket and please also include the following details:

  • Invite Code
  • Platform
  • Please include screencaptures of the “Complete” trials in the Kingdom Menu
  • Please send screencaptures of the incomplete Trials/ your Trial Progress for that Kingdom
