• Alcatraz in S13 - Probably not, or at least only in a limited capacity. The general interest for that map hasn't consistently been there this season, so we think it will likely feel better if we make it a frequent but limited time mode.
• Engine Changes - We are afraid we don't have any information to share or comment on in relation to the game engine.

Hey hey, yeah we believe that should be part of the fixes in this next major update (which is coming this month right before S13). We'll try to double check though.

To your second question, we do already have Frank Woods in the game and yes there are some more coming in this next Battle Pass actually, which coincidentally also kind of answers your third question about giving a BP hint haha. Just to add one more, that new Assault Rifle we teased above is going to have a free and paid version in the BP.

We are back this week with a community update on a Monday for possibly the first time-ever, but this post is still filled with the usual info drops on new events, playlists, bug reports, news on the Grand Finals of our World Championship 2020, modes, and some updates about the public test build, which is still coming but with no exact date to share. Thanks for pointing that out in advance (about being on the Garena version). We can't check that ourselves since we are part of the ATVI team, which is Global only. However, we'll forward your information and the report over to the Garena team as soon as we hear back from Kaltoven since it seems like they may be on that version of the game too.

Just to be clear KaltovenCODm, but it looks like you were you at tier 84 through the free tier and then you purchased the premium BP afterwards to upgrade?

Also, both you and u/SavagePotato- could you please share your UID so we can check into this a bit further? We'll send it over to our team to investigate deeper.

This is an amazing and ridiculous bug and it looks like this is on the Garena version? Also, have you seen this issue pop up repeatedly when spectating people or just a one-time freak occurrence?

Hey Mastroid, sorry to hear that all happened. It is unlikely, but surely possible since we are all just human. Anyways, could you please send a PM with that same basic information about your UID and your Twitter username? We'll check with the rest of our team and see what we can find in relation to that. We should be able to find your original request and information from back when the giveaway ended.

Just a quick correction to this, but there is no "official" CODM Discord. They are all community run, but we do participate in a few of them. Even this Reddit community is entirely community run and the mods/admins here are kind of enough to just support our interactions and posts.
