Hey there, we think we fixed this in the last couple of hours. Have you checked recently? Also, did you check the App Store or Google Play Store to make sure there isn't an update?

Heya, yes technically we have one in-game (not helpful in this case) and through our Activision Support website. However, this is clearly something affecting many players so that's usually a good thing since it means we can find the issue quicker and fix it quicker. In this case, we think we already fixed it. Could you please check again and let us know what are you seeing?

I have a problem with downloading the update even before logging in. My region is NA, my device is a Xiaomi Redmi 10C, and I log in using a COD account.
Hey, that might be the same core issue (it isn't clear yet), but could you try again when you get a chance and let us know if you are still seeing that issue? Make sure to check the Google Play or App Store to make sure there isn't an update there as well.

Also, to your comments and others about the graphics - yeah we had a few graphical updates over the years that changed the visuals quite a bit on top of UI changes and more.

Can you add the feature of being able to drag our finger from ADS button to Fire button? This would then result in firing while also being ADS while we hold down the original drag press.
In the game there is the feature where if you drag from crouch (or slide) to ADS button, you will crouch (or slide) and then immediately ADS. If you use Hold to Ads settings, you will be in ADS as long as you hold the original drag press. I would like this to be in the game but for ADS to Fire.
The reason is that a lot of pros use 5 finger HUD. I have tried it and it does level up my game but haven't found a layout that is comfortable. However I have a very comfortable 4 finger HUD that I have been using. With the suggestions above, I will be able to play on the level of 5 finger HUD but with a comfortable 4 finger HUD.

Heya, just commenting to say we see this and don't have a good response at the moment since it is a bit of a major settings change. Your reasoning makes sense though on why it would be useful, but it is probably something that would require quite a few people requesting it to make it clear it is worth implementing. However, we'll check and see if there is anything like this already being considered.
hi soo emm...can the metal veil of the un-upgraded version be an "hat" cosmetic? or like any other possible way for it to be equipped with the Upgraded version?
it would be "angel of justice came for execution" vibe and goes very well with the wings. also it won't be the first time a sophia skin has a unique cosmetics that covers the eye. it adds more beauty to skin, specifically since none of her skills are often used (tec9 and airborne) it makes the skin more appealing.

Hey guys! I have a question about secret caches mythic reward. Will it get changed after every season or will it remain?
Heya, it will change but not seasonally. It's more of a long-term system and we haven't decided exactly how often rewards will switch out, which will likely happen at different frequencies depending on the reward type. For example, the Mythic AK takes quite a while to earn and as a result we probably won't change that out for many seasons.
