All world merge destinations are now unblocked for Character Creation following the validation of a successful merge from earlier this morning. If already ingame, you may need to select the “refresh” button from the world selection menu. Enjoy!

Thanks for taking the time to provide feedback on your thoughts regarding the planned merger of the Eridu world into Delos. Our goal – and the purpose – of world merges is to enhance the gameplay experience of players on low-population worlds by providing impacted players with an active community to engage with when world populations shift. As mentioned prior by some folks, it can be hard to play large swaths of content (War, OPR, Expeditions, Arenas, etc.) if you have trouble getting like-minded folks together for activities. And while some folks prefer smaller tight-knit communities, it can be a bad representation of the game for newbies or other folks who aren’t aware of the minute details of what may or may not be readily accessible because of a low population world. So you can see, from our perspective, this is a scenario which we’d like to avoid for everyone’s benefit.

Read moreLocked status on worlds will remain until those worlds no longer experience high daily queues. I completely understand that it can be a huge bummer if you want to be on a specific server, but queues are often the result of people all congregating on particular worlds (in addition to merges). And if we opened the world for these occurrences above, it would contribute to growing queues to which create other unhappy problems – like people having to wait hours to get into their world.
We have attempted to limit this problem a bit more with our new Inactive Character System, but again, if the world is already experiencing high queues your best option would be to have your friends move to a world you all can participate on (and if their accounts qualify, they may already have 2 free transfer tokens to utilize) or perhaps wait several days for some world population shifts.
Great topic, and some reasonable points made! We can definitely improve on having more of this style of clothing/gear/skin options available. The feedback has been shared with the Skins team for consideration and review.
Please keep your suggestions and examples coming! We love to hear what want to see in the game.
We are interested in providing more facial and hair options too. Although the value for players would be limited if implemented currently until we had a barbershop-type of feature available. Otherwise, these new options would only be usable to newly created characters. Definitely on our backlog of things we’d like to get to!
Read moreI hear your feedback. The design team definitely wanted a larger-than-life approach to this weapon, in line with the War Hammer. In the meantime however, you can use different Greatswords that utilize different models. Over time, we’ll have some fantastic options as skins as well.

Completely sympathize, but our goals right now (and that after any major release) is to quickly address critical issues that are impacting large numbers of players or issues which could pose a risk to the long-term health of the game if not swiftly addressed. We feel that pushing out these critical fixes sooner ultimately makes our players’ experience better instead of holding all for 1-2 weeks.
Alas, we do not currently ~plan~ to patch over the weekend. So tonight should be the last for a number of days while we work on a larger, weekly QoL update.
What about a Corrupted Vampire or an Angry Earth Lycan? A Corrupted Zombie?
People with money and means are able to purchase territories. This is known. And allowing transfers onto a new world facilitates for a larger breadth of player levels at start. This is known as well. These new worlds are to help provide new places for those stuck on large, overpopulated worlds and for those who are starting and don’t want to wait in a queue either. These new worlds are not intended to provide a “fresh start” or pristine experience. We have been pretty upfront with this fact.
If you want the territory, the game allows you to declare war (or claim another available unclaimed territory). We will have more news on “fresh start” worlds soon, which we have also been pretty upfront with.
One of the services for that world crashed. Our Server Admin team is already on it, and it should be back online again shortly. Sorry for the inconvenience!
