Hey @Reigo900,

Apex Legends unfortunately doesn't support cross-progression between platforms. So this means that stuff that you have unlocked on your Xbox, does not automatically transfer over to your PC.

No, this is sadly not possible.

Apex Legends unfortunately does not support cross-progression/cross-save between different platforms.

As stated above; Unfortunately, Support is unable to transfer Apex Legends (or any in-game currencies for that matter) from one account to the other.

Hey @Tommyfare, just to give you an example; when you purchase a car at a car dealership, and you don't like it, where do you go to? The car manufacturer, or the dealership?

Unfortunately, we are unable to help with refund requests here via the forums in general, and I am afraid that (live) support is also unable to help with refund requests regarding purchases that have been made via platforms other than PC Origin/EA app.

If you would like to check if you're eligible for a refund of your purchase, the best thing you can do is to get in touch with the retailer where you made the purchase to check their refund policy.

Unfortunately, we can't help with any refund requests here via the forums. 

 

If you would like to check if you're eligible for a refund of your purchase, you have to reach out to the store where you bought it from.

 

In the case of Battlefield 2042, this can be Origin, Steam, Epic, the Xbox Store or PlayStation Store or another third party retailer etc.
