@meisbald you can use any other id like to the account for them to locate it. Steam/EA ID, console IDs. You can list that when you create a case. As long as they can find it, that is what matters.

Hey everyone,

Wanted to drop info on coins not being received.

Anytime coins are purchased, the system has a 24-hour processing time which means they may not always be received right away. Playing more games is the fastest way to get these to sync up.

If you are on a console and playing on the current gen, you can log into one of the previous gen consoles and play a match and this helps sync them up.

If you are on a PC and you play through Steam, for example, you can log into the EA App and sync up. If it goes past 24 hours you will need to reach out live support so that they can take a look at the account. More info on this can be located ...

@zdy770516 If it still shows the wrong accounts even though you linked the accounts and everything is actually fine, unlink the accounts again, reset the EA account password and then relink them. It's about getting the account synced back up.

@AlphaMacg Happy to hear it was resolved. So the best thing to do for this if it happens again is log in to like an Xbox One, or any one of the previous-gen consoles if you can.

Since they are account based, once you log in it should naturally just sync up with your account and add them.
