Hey @UltraSag3mOdE,

This is not something we're able to look into on the forums. Our Terms of Service team reviews all appeals and has the final say for any account actions.

If you've already appealed this multiple times and they've mentioned we won't be reviewing it again, I'm afraid we won't be able to change that via the forums.

If they haven't yet said that additional appeals won't be reviewed, you're welcome to send in another one here: https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

@UltraSag3mOdE
Our Terms of Service team has the final say in these matters, so if they've completed their investigations and were unable to find any evidence to remove the ban, there is no way to reverse that decision, sorry.

You'll be unable to access anything on the banned account or move it to another account. Mako.png

Hey @xvpro10,

You'll need to appeal any account actions with our Terms of Service team through the information here:

https://help.ea.com/en/help/account/information-about-banned-or-suspended-accounts/

We're unable to review any account actions whatsoever on the forums.

If someone else gained access to the account, definitely be sure you've gone through these steps to secure the account while waiting to hear back from our ToS team.

Once they've reviewed the situation they will get back to you via email, thanks for the patience in the meantime.

Hey @yapabey, welcome to Discussions! I'm sorry to hear you were affected by this issue.

This is display issue that the team is working on fixing. The accurate ban time should be 1400 minutes, or a bit less than 24 hours.

If your ban doesn't run out after 24 hours, please update this thread so we can look into this further.

@taa-popados1she Hey! I am afraid that we are unable to assist with bans on the forums.

I can see that you have also already created a support case with us and as such we will reach out to you there as soon as possible.

Thank you.

Hey @bokumore, thanks for getting through to us and welcome to forums!

As it stands, you are only able to submit suspension appeal once and if it gets denied, we'd be unable to review the appeal for the second time. To add, when appeal gets reviewed, there is a number of criteria that is being looked into as it's a thorough and detailed process, therefore I am afraid that at this point, we'd be unable to provide you with any further assistance regarding the suspension, however should you happen to have any further queries or run into any other difficulties, you are more than welcome to get through to us at any time.

It would be just a single appeal that can be reviewed and if you have additional information such as the one provided, at this point, the outcome would not change.

Should you have any suspension un-related queries, you're more than welcome to reach out to us at any time.

Hello bokumore,

Permanent bans may be appealed, but we can only do this once for your account, so you must provide as much evidence to support your appeal when you first contact us.
You can get in touch with us about this, via this link > https://www.ubisoft.com/help/contact

We are unable to discuss players bans in the forum in detail, so this thread will be closed. Thank you for understanding.

Hi @qsPtbxFXUe

I'm sorry, we won't know the specifics of your ban here on Answers HQ but the message you see in-game and/or the email you've received from ToS should help answer that for you.

If it's a temporary suspension you'll usually see the duration listed in the error message in-game and in the email received to let you know how long it would last. Typically if there is no duration called out in the in-game messaging or ToS email, it tends to be a permanent ban.

Could you check that message and email? Failing that, it would be best to get in touch with the Terms of Service team by filling out the webform. They handle all bans and suspension related cases. Please check out this EA Help guide for guidance on how to do that: How to get more information about my ban or suspension

@meisbald

I'm afraid we are unable to assist with issues relating to account bans here on the forums.

If you haven't already appealed to our Terms of Service team, you can create an appeal here to get started with that process.

If you've already created an appeal to have our Terms of Service team review that situation and the request was declined, you're welcome to submit an additional appeal and another member of our ToS team will take another look at things.

They will reach back out to you via email once their investigation is complete, and as we're unable to change their decision or discuss the specifics of an account issue on the forums, it would be best to keep an eye out for that email to arrive.

Hacked Account

If you're in any way concerned someone's hacked your account, I would strongly encourage you to go through resetting these security steps asap! Please also make sure to take advantage of the security settings available for any of the connected accounts linked up to the EA account as well to ensure they are also secure.

Examples of connected accounts include the email address registered, accounts such as Steam, Amazon, and Twitch

Console accounts (PlayStation, Xbox, Nintendo Switch, etc)

Mobile accounts (Apple ID, Google Play)

Social Media accounts (Facebook).

@meisbald you can use any other id like to the account for them to locate it. Steam/EA ID, console IDs. You can list that when you create a case. As long as they can find it, that is what matters.

@meisbald No worries, you can change it to I can't log in or something else. As the site updates options will change. You can try this link and then just change options as needed. On my end just with a couple of options chosen, I see the chat option.
