We are currently looking in to reports of Backend Errors.

Please help us out by uploading a console log that corresponds with the session your error occurred:

  1. Press the Windows key + R
  2. Enter %appdata% within the search input and select ‘OK’
  3. Navigate to AppData\Roaming\Fatshark\Darktide\console_logs

Existing reports may be merged here, to help us keep track of the issues being reported.

Windows 8.1 is also unsupported, unfortunately, due to DirectX 12 being a requirement.

Admittedly unsure at this point, it’s too early to determine whether there are hardware-specific issues. Please be sure to include your crash reports.

Unfortunately the 950M is likely to have a hard time with Darktide. I appreciate we haven’t released our Minimum Requirements yet.
