Could you both check what your NAT Type is, please? I believe this can be done by navigating to Settings > Network > View Connection Status. The NAT Type should be listed at the bottom of the page.

I’ve honestly no idea what could’ve happened here, but I’ve re-added the hat to your inventory.

So we’re actively looking in to what causes this to happen, but I think in this situation you may need to perform a clean re-installation of Vermintide 2. Instructions on how to do this can be seen here.

I couldn’t say, unfortunately. You could try running through the router and DNS-related solutions listed here.

Otherwise it might be worth contacting your ISP and explaining that you’re having issues with your connectivity to https://5107.playfabapi.com/, which is the endpoint to our backend. They might be able to see why that connection can’t be established.

Error 23 is an error from Easy Anti-Cheat and indicates missing dependencies such as DirectX, GPU drivers, Windows updates, Visual C++ Redistributables. I’ve listed some potential solutions below:
