It sounds like a possible input issue here. Do you have a different mouse you can try using to see if the double block issue persists?

Also, are you using the SteelSeries Engine by chance?

If we can compensate chests not gained from the current bug then we will, but unfortunately we may be restricted by limitations in our backend.

Just a thought, but some Weapon Illusion rarities are a little muddled currently, a known issue, can you check other rarities to see if the illusion is listed under a different one than expected?

We’ve seen reports of commendation chests not awarding correctly at the moment due to the triple XP gain. This may also be related. Either way, I’ve passed this along to one of our Backend Engineers to investigate.

Thanks @TanielTwoTap . I’ve taken a look at your account in our backend and can see that the Duty and Courage Weapon Illusion appears to have been added as expected, so I can only suggest to try verifying your game files.

There’s definitely a bug somewhere as duplicate cosmetics should not be gained from chests. I’ve now raised this in our database - so thank you for the report!

Also, your duplicate hat has been removed and the shillings you originally spent have been returned, so you can spend them on something else now

As Soft mentions above, the mace got a stronger heavy damage profile in exchange for the DoT effect.
