Were any errors displayed on-screen at the time? or did it just crash to desktop?

Ah, sorry, yes you did mention that in your main post! m’bad. I’ll pass your logs along!

I’m sorry that I can’t offer any immediate solution for this :frowning:

Issues with connectivity since 3.4 are a top priority for us though - we’re working on it.

@Froh It should be there now!

@Froh uh oh. We’re on it!

Thanks for the report @PielDMiel!

@Pierresd unfortunately, I’m having some trouble checking the crash report at the minute - so I’ll check back on it later in the week.

In the meantime, some of the solutions in this article may be useful:

Hi @Syndreia

Looking at your logs, I can see it’s setting your GPU as Microsoft Basic Render Driver, and it is not picking up any other GPU.

Assuming it should be, what GPU do you have?

Hmm, as you are able to play on the Modded realm this suggests the issue is with Easy Anti-Cheat.

I’d recommend repairing Easy Anti-Cheat, which can be repaired using the EasyAntiCheat_Setup executable located in the Vermintide 2 ‘installers’ directory. The path to this directory on your PC will be similar to this:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Warhammer Vermintide 2\installers\EasyAntiCheat

Let me know how you get on!

A little spicy in places here - just a nudge to keep it on-topic and civil all, pls!

@KKND2 Humm, It may have been an unlucky ‘one-off’ type of thing, perhaps.

If you encounter any further crashes though, just pop the crash reports here and we’ll take a looksie!

@laz1 Hm, that’s interesting. The crash report doesn’t give us much in this instance but I’ve noted your resolution and will keep an eye out!

Hi @KKND2,

Looking at the reports the crashes you’re experiencing are ‘Access Violations’, which can occur for a number of reasons. Unfortunately we can’t determine the exact cause based on crash data alone.

I recommend running through solutions which have worked for other players before, here:

Hi @exact

This issue has been known to occur when a player’s ISP is blocking their network requests. It’s most commonly reported among our Turkish players - which is where I can see you are based.

I recommend following the steps in this article:

Hi @sharkdork,

From the crash reports I can see both instances are GPU-related crashes, though I can’t see anything immediately obvious as to why this happening.

I’d recommend running through all of the solutions in this article:

@mook31213 So, based on the information within the logs, it appears your Intel® HD Graphics 630 is set as your default GPU, as opposed to your NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050. This is consequently resulting in your crashes in Vermintide 2, as the Intel® HD Graphics 630 cannot handle the demand.

Please run through the solutions listed below:

  • Ensure your monitors are plugged in to the dedicated (as opposed to the integrated) GPU ports on the back of your PC
  • Perform a clean re-installation of your GPU drivers using the appropriate instructions here: ...
