Do you play in Online mode or Offline mode?

If you play Online only, then your account progress is stored our end, so you won’t lose anything.

If you play Offline only, then your account progress is stored locally on your PS4 hard drive, and would need to be transferred if possible, or unfortunatlely this would be lost.

Hmm, so we haven’t made any recent network changes.

These are our usual ‘go to’ suggestions for high ping/latency:

• Ensure your ‘Download Region’ in the Steam client is set appropriately to a nearby location by:

1. Open the Steam client
2. Select ‘Steam’ in the upper left-hand corner
3. Select ‘Settings’
4. Select ‘Downloads’ within the sidebar
5. Set your ‘Download Region’ to an appropriate nearby location and save the changes

• Please check you have the latest updates to the Steam client installed.

• Are you playing with mods enabled? If so, see if your issues persist with mods disabled.

• Within the ‘Network’ panel, enable the ‘Small Network Packets’ option and see if there’s any improvement.

• Within the ‘Network’ panel, ensure your ‘Max Upload Speed’ is set appropriately to reflect your actual upload speed

As for the frame drops, it may be worth trying a few things here to see if there’s any improvement:

This can sometimes occur due to a backend hiccup and it failing to sync. Can you please try restarting Vermintide 2 (possibly a couple of times) and see if the Warrior Priest career is then available for you?

Regrettably, there isn’t anything we can do to immediately resolve this, but we’ll reach out to Steam and hopefully have it sorted in the near future.

In the meantime, this issue does appear to be sporadically popping up and resolving itself in most cases, so do keep checking!

I can’t make any promises about these cosmetics being made available, we’ll initially need to look at tidying up the UI to make sure illusions that aren’t obtainable won’t be visible to prevent further confusion. From there, we’ll likely have some discussions

I’ve chased this internally, and regrettably the patch required to resolve this issue has been delayed from our original estimated date

I’ve been told the new aim is to patch mid-July (likely the week beginning 18th).

I think the illusions may be incorrectly visible from the Weapon Upgrades/Overview menu for the respective weapons.

This appears to be an intermittent problem that affects some players, and seemingly ‘fixes’ itself a short while later. Are you still unable to see or purchase the Sister of the Thorn Cosmetics Upgrade now?

It’s a rather strange issue, but we’re aware and looking into it!

In some regions, prices can drop below Steam’s pricing threshold which can also result in a DLC being unavailable to purchase, though I’m unsure if this is the case here

Off the top of my head I’m not sure - but I’ll query this with one of our Gameplay Developers and confirm when I hear back from them

We’ve looked at this, and there is a bug here. It appears that several weapon illusions are being displayed incorrectly in the UI menu when they shouldn’t be, as they are not obtainable (this is intended) from either Adventure mode or Chaos Wastes.

From what I can gather, these are the weapon illusions being shown incorrectly:

* Banishing Blade
* Pegasus Bulwark
* The Doom of Anmyr
* Marazthrundtak
* Kalancoggrund

Though, we’ll check this again in case any are missed from here.

D’oh! Apologies - a discussion I had with another developer about this got a bit muddled

Please ignore what I said above! To clarify - depending on DLC, weapon illusions are granted on purchase, with Shillings and by Okri’s Challenges.

My understanding is that these weapon illusions may not be obtainable. I’ll query this internally and try to find out, and I’ll update you when I get to the bottom of it.
