As per everything in the game; it takes time to develop.

We definitely do have intentions on expanding upon the PanAm line otherwise we wouldn't have released it to begin with, however currently development is focused on other lines and ships for development.

I'm sure in time we will see more South American ships represented.

Pretty much this. Certain regions have different pricing due to the economic climate of the area.

In regards to styling of the shell tracers:

Yes, we do have more "imaginative" content in the game, you are not wrong, however all of this content can be disabled by players at will.

We determined that the shell tracers being multicolored did not fit the purpose and style of shell tracers and thus decided to return them to a uniform color.
