All money will go directly to the Save the Children foundation and does not pass through Wargaming or World of Warships in any capacity. This should be your primary motivation for donating, to support this cause.

Second: Cool, you decided to donate, you head to this page

Here you can put in your information on what you would like your donation to be, your username and a comment if you want.

Third: Select your reward:

If your selected reward is higher than the amount you opt'd to donate, it will be increased to the selected amount.

Some items are locked until later stages of the stream to allow different regions a chance to receive the reward. Once the available quantity of it...

So, the tokens themselves can only be used in the dockyard to buy boosters, these boosters will grant you base progress with each one, and each stage within the build does grant additional reward:

You can see them by hovering over the icons indicated in red. At the end of the update, they will be converted to credits if not used as well.

Hello commanders,

Following yesterday’s global release of the update, we wanted to say a few words about our New Year activities. We know that some of you are upset and don’t like the Puerto Rico event.

In hindsight, it is clear that our communication about this event was not great and as a result we created an expectation that the ship was going to be more accessible to the general player base – we own that. Only hardcore players with a fair number of special signals and camouflages can be expected to obtain Puerto Rico entirely for free.

Of course, this affects many of you. Please accept our sincerest apologies: we failed to communicate the degree of dedication required and as a result, for some of you, ruined the Christmas spirit of this event.

This is a very ‘grindy’ event and only a small number of players will likely get Puerto Rico for free. We know this; there is no denying the fact that this part of our NY upda...

Not quite what I mean, back when I worked in retail; I would work 8 hours and then happily come home and play for 4-5 hours.

However since I spend my days handling everything to do with ships, it can be hard to go home and play for long durations, since I've already kinda hit my warships quota for the day.

Does that make sense?

Personally, I love my position and being able to help players in a game I truly love. Sure, some days are harder than others, and some players... rougher? than others, but I wouldn't change what I do even on the roughest of days.

Oh I can totally understand why you guys are coming to us, regardless of positive or negative, if you have something to say - I'm all ears. If there's information I can clarify or add, we'll totally do as much. Unfortunately, right now we've exhausted all we can really say at the moment. Just please consider there is a line in which CMs do not have the ability to make changes beyond but can only pass on our community and personal feedback on.

While I understand the mentality behind this request, please consider that staff do have other roles and obligations to fill as part of their employment. Another factor on this would be "well, we have to do it after work anyway so you can do", please consider last thing you may want to do after working on something all day, is to go home to look at it some more. If you contact support they will be able to help you with an email change. Unfortunately that function is beyond my reach.

You may have misunderstood me, I meant as CMs, we are in a holding pattern until we receive further information on what happens next. We will continue to correlate and submit community feedback, but we typically aren't the deciders of the game design/development.

Please consider and remember CM positions are about communication and unity of players. Not so much directors of game development.

The EU server being down definitely unintentional. The technical support teams and EU staff are trying to resolve the matter asap.

Technical issues are definitely NOT a retaliation to any community sentiment.

We're still here, the NA team is compiling all of the feedback threads and concerns from the community in our channels to hand to the designers about the matter. We've told the community the rationale behind decisions made but have been met with coldness and resentment. Right now there isn't much more we can add that will resolve the matter or frustration for you. So yes in a way we're waiting for decision as to next steps on the matter.
