It was communicated in the original update article for 0.8.6 the conclusion of the directive events would be Mon. Aug. 19 2:00 AM PT.

This is incorrect, Republic Tokens will not be available in 0.8.7.0. If you have remaining missions from ships you will be able to complete them until the 26th.

British battleship Thunderer, tier X:

Main battery guns reload time lowered from 30 to 26 s;


Sigma lowered from 2.0 to 1.9;


Lowered the size of the dispersion ellipse.

Thunderer has a relatively weak armor scheme and not the best Repair party, her main strength is her guns. But testing showed that they were not efficient enough.

American battleship Ohio, tier X:

Main battery guns reload time increased from 26 to 30 s;


Sigma increased from 1.9 to 2.0;


Increased the size of the dispersion ellipse;


Amount of hit points restored per second by Repair party is lowered from 0.66% to 0.5% of maximum hit points.

Typically, codes/giveaways on stream (so long as they are not for physical in nature) are typically valid for all regions and players. During the GC stream, they may have on stage giveaways for players in the crowd, which obviously will be limited, but codes given away on stream for the stream, in majority of cases are for all regions.

While players may not have enough steel to get the next ship, we will like to provide options for players. Some players may have a stash of Steel available but not be interested in, say, the Cruiser offerings for example. They may be waiting for the next ship which is more appealing to them. This is why we like to provide an ample number of ships available for a range of currencies so that players have something appealing to them whatever their ship or playstyle is.

I'm not sure I follow, Tanks is operated separately from Ships and as such, have their own promotions and events. The NA side of tanks would be better equipped to handle that Q.
