Unfortunately as support has suggested, your system is no longer compatible with the game and there isn't a supported work around for this.

As time progresses to ensure a good gameplay experience for the largest possible group of players, we do have to move away from older systems and platforms.

As mentioned by others, the Twitch Prime port was a limited time promotion during April 2018.

Even if you have your account linked currently, unless you redeemed this port at that time, you will not receive it.

We have identified a small issue with how this promotion was coded and in such, some rewards are taking longer than anticipated.

If you have followed all the provided instructions you will receive all the rewards, there will just be a slight delay.

However, as part of this promotion, there was no 14 premium time offer, but instead depending how long you've been away from the game for, a 14 premium ship rental.

If you received this email and went through the steps to claim the items, you will receive them, it will just take a little longer than anticipated.

I’m glad you enjoyed the cast today and the overall tournament structure. Their Admin team did an amazing job putting it together and we are pleased we were able to host their finals and offer some prizing for the winners.

While Quad does an amazing job as part of the Tournament admin team, they fall within the Privateers program (which we are pleased to say - he is a part of). The Community Contributor program is for individuals creating written or media content relating to content within or incoming to the game. If and when Quad breaks into this content production, we’d welcome him to apply for the program.

The 0.8.8 update will be dedicated to the 4 birthday of World of Warships. You can celebrate this day in the new port.

Rewards are given for the first win in the update - mechanics of bonuses for the victory are similar to the Snowflakes and Symbol of France. The most valuable rewards are available for victories on tier X ships.

We understand that those who decided to use ships to get research points may lose some rewards from them. That's why in the 0.8.8 rewards will be given automatically for all ships which have a bonus for victory for research points. If during the event you will research and purchase the ships for which you got your reward automatically, you will be able to get it second time.

Soviet battleship Poltava, tier VIII

This ship is an imagined improvement of the project 64 battleships, designed for the closed waters of the Black and Baltic seas. In reality, work on the initial project was scrapped. The main drawback of the project was the excessive displacement, almost reaching that of the bigger and more well-armed battleships of the project "A". We tried to lower the displacement, whilst keeping the armament and speed when designing Poltava.

The main traits of the ship in game are good armor and low surface detectability, but the range of main caliber guns is quite short.

Hit points – 59100. Plating - 32 mm.

Main battery - 3x3 356 mm. Firing range - 16.2 km. Maximum HE shell damage – 5300. Chance to cause fire – 41%. HE initial velocity - 895 m/s. Maximum AP shell damage - 11250. AP initial velocity - 895 m/s. Reload time - 30.0 s. 180 ...

When they are brought to live in WIP they are restricted to the small percentage of the playerbase (CCs/STs/CST/Privateers) a total of maybe 200 players. We admit when in their WIP some ships in the past have been OP/UP, but by their release to the general playerbase they are in line with their peers of the same tier and class.
