Between the 12th 12:00 UTC and 19th 12:00 UTC of August, play any ship in a Random / Scenario / Co-op / Ranked / Clan Battle Gain 8 different ribbons and post battle screen in reply to this thread like so:

Three randomly selected winners will receive: Ovechkin Captain of their Choice (please state which one you would like in your reply 1/2/3)

In the first round of PTS for 0.8.7, there was a bug in the updated AA mechanic which saw damage being applied multiple times instead of its intended amount. This is why many players commented that the AA seemed to be over performing. This was noted in the update notes for the PTS.

The new AA system is proving effective in majority of cases, with just a few CVs being uncomfortable with it. These are the ones that received tweeks and buff in terms of their planes.

This sounds like it may be a setting within your sound settings in the game. Please check what your "Voiceover Language" is set to:

Yours may be set to National in which each ship will feature the voice over of its nation.

Please let us know if that resolves your issue.

The Research Bureau will become available once you have earned your first research points.

To gain research points, you must:

First have at least 2 lines grinded to T10


Sell one of these lines completely to reset it.


Regrind the line, for the first time you win a game in these ships, you will then be receive points

I did submit this finding in which the Dev teams replied with:
"It is Ok, because IJN called their guns based on British standards. This is why it is 80mm in the gun name but shells are 76mm"
