It’s bugged, only thing you can do is tag u/FoxHoundFPS and hope he lets the team know soon. The last time we had buggy camos after an update I think it took em a week to fix

No because the problem description doesn't match my problem.
When I scanned BOCW, I got a message after 80-85% that the Agent (!) had a problem scanning the files and that it crashed. The problem had the error "BLZBNTAGT00000BB8".
It was an error message displayed by battle.net and it sent me to this website:

But that didn't really help either. Multiple attempts at scanning the files failed and I was not able to start the game anymore, as battle.net insisted on the scan. I deleted and downloaded the whole game again and the problems were gone.
While what you're describing isn't verbatim as the internals of that knowledgebase document, it is a scan and repair loop via definition and this troubleshooting documentation should help in those situations.
For anyone that may visit this discussion later, it is a possible troubleshooting step worth trying prior to a reinstall.

Jumping in to note that this isn't the case.
Players who logged on prior to 10:05 pm/PT, which was prior to our fix for the issue, would have to remake any classes created during this time. Players who did not log in during this time should be fine.

If you didn't log into Black Ops Cold War between approx. 9PM and 10PM PT, your classes should be fine.
If you played during the first hour of the update, you'll want to restart and create them again.
Scan the game files, but be warned. The scan can fail in a way that the agent is not able to scan the game at all. If that's the case you have to redownload the whole game.

Responses: For crashes like this, please report them to our Player Support if I'm not responding. (It's not possible for me to respond to everything.)
Please also make sure to send an error report to PlayStation, via the in OS menus, when possible.
Tagging: Tags in the body of a post do not send notifications. All tags have to be committed via comments to notice the tagged user. This is a Reddit limitation, not a user choice.

My settings for the input thresholds are exactly the same as yours. My friends all have the same settings and have no issues. Any recommended changes to the threshold? How high / low should I go?
My recommendation to change your thresholds is to load up a Multiplayer Custom Match and adjust your minimum input thresholds until you stop noticing the drift.
Most people you ask about their input settings are going to note them as default. Your drifting issue is most likely a personal hardware issue. This could be a product of normal wear and tear, abnormal wear and tear, dust and debris, or a product defect. Something's causing the controller to register input when you're not touching it.
If you lower the minimum input thresholds you'll likely see the issue escalate, so raise it until you no longer see or experience the issue.
Looks like you're having some analog drift which can be mitigated with our Min/Max Input Thresholds. You can find those settings under the advanced portion of our Controller Settings menu.
R1 Shadowhunter Card Update: Refunds for the R1 Shadowhunter were reported as being issued at 11:00 am/PT on March 20th, 2021.
Camo Challenges Update: We just updated the challenges text in our menus at approximately 11:30 am/PT on March 24th, 2021. We definitely changed the challenges, but the menu descriptions were not accurate. You may need to restart your application to grab the accurate text.

I see that now too, thanks. I'm curious if they could double-check their colorblind settings on Modern Warfare / Warzone. This is something I would have to pass on to our partners at Raven since we don't manage Warzone.
