The wording is confusing and I hope u/foxhoundfps can clarify. But me and my friends have interpreted it as “win a game of FFA or finish top 3 in FFA, or Win a game of Fireteam or place top 3 in a game of Fireteam” X amount of times” but now that you’ve made this point I can see how you would read it the other way.
I agree with you though that either the wording is poor, or the challenge is bugged but i doubt it would be bugged for 4 months but nothing’s impossible.
This is the correct interpretation: Win, or place top three, in either FFA or Fireteam modes.
We'll be updating this challenge at a later date however to include team wins (Dom, etc) and also make the challenge much more clear.

R1 Shadowhunter Card Update: Refunds for the R1 Shadowhunter were reported as being issued at 11:00 am/PT on March 20th, 2021.
This card was updated for clarity.
Fix Released: We have issued a fix that should return Double Weapon XP tokens to their normal functionality. Some players did not receive the appropriate XP amounts in certain game modes during the below-mentioned window.
Pending: Players who used Double Weapon XP tokens during the issue window will have their tokens refunded. Standby for updates to this card.

I'm unsure of the OP's claims that these have been "broken since launch" as some of your peers are, but I have spoke to the recent Double Weapon XP token issues on Twitter and Reddit. You can find the full Reddit context of that here. Twitter gets a little wonky so here's branch A of a conversation and branch B of the same. The issue has effectively been passed onto my team.
I also don't speak for Warzone so I can't provide any insight into the allegations ther...

These patch notes don't include anything about Firebase Z stability fixes for playstation, do you know if anything has been changed on that map? Or is that likely still hard locking Playstation consoles.

For full transparency, my help in these situations is effectively passing the case number to our support to bump the case up and letting them do their duty.
