Just to set expectations this issue is complicated since it involves physics. The likely hood is that this gets resolved early next season.

In the v15.30 update, we made a change in Creative that forced published Matchmaking portals to auto-start if they included content owned by another creator. We've decided to revert this change.

This was causing some unintended issues with certain Creative experiences. We have disabled this feature and will reevaluate it, talking to the community for feedback to find the right solution. As a reminder, all Hubs are required to use auto-start.

There is no ability to provide a client update to iOS, so there is no way to fix these issues.

This is intentional, the game needs to start before the Phone Booth can be used.

As i said above, it all goes through our mobile tech side to determine what FPS devices get. It also depends on the current season/patch/items in game. A lot goes into choosing to give a device more FPS choices. It needs to be able to support it with a positive XP.

Not sure what i can help you with? This is what our player support should say, they are not able to make any promises. I can assure you, you didn't speak with a bot. Our mobile teams looks at phones all the time and determines what they can run out. As the game changes and progress so do our devices with 60fps choices and more.

Thanks for all the info and video. After talking with the team it seems that Snowball Launchers were not intended to be in the game yet and this is causing your issue. If anything changes I will do my best to let you know.
