Last but certainly not least, we have our final Augments.

Let's begin our final stroll through the Augments.



First up is the Havoc Sub Augment, Quench.

This augment increases damage dealt to animals and androids and heals for a certain amount of the damage.

Wild Animals, Wickeline and the Alpha/Omega bros sometimes pack too big of a punch for some test subjects to handle. Quench your HP to heal off of animals while looting or in clutch situations while you're in combat with one of the big scary neutral androids!

Hello again gang. Aesop here with another look into some Havoc augments.



Today we're going to take a look at the 3 new augments: a core augment, Frailty Infliction, and two sub augments: Dismantle Goliath and Vengeance.



The newest Havoc core augment is Frailty Infliction. With Frailty Infliction, your 3rd basic attack or skill against the same enemy within a few seconds deals both true damage and reduces their defense based on your level. (This excludes weapon or item skills. Multi-hit effects only grant 1 stack. Thankfully. Could you imagine assault rifle Aya with this??)

Hello everyone. Aesop here.
After looking into the data over the past few months regarding Asia 2 server (Hong Kong), we've come to the decision to close the server on October 28th after the maintenance.

Many of the players that were playing on Asia 2 were capable of playing on Asia 1 with a similar, or slightly worse, ping, so they did just that.

We'll be doing more research into finding a more suitable server for all our players in the future.

We are truly sorry for any inconvenience.

In the meantime, we're doing our best to improve input lag and other things to help players that play on servers with higher ping.

Today will be our second look into the Fortification category. More defense comin' right at you.



Core augment Oblivion Can Wait reduces Basic Attack damage against you as your HP gets lower.

If your HP is below 50%, the amount of damage reduced is multiplied and reflected to the inflictor as Cellular Damage.

Okay, let's get cookin'
We are proud to see you've survived the experiment for so long! We've been observing the shady practices on Lumia Island and concluded that if we joined forces with Nimble Neuron we could support them in bringing the experiment to fruition. Kakao Games will answer the call-to-arms, bringing along their saved plans in order to assist Eternal Return's EU and NA community, starting from Oct 28th.

We'll be preparing some exciting events, streams and tournaments, but most importantly listening to your feedback to bring your ideas and suggestions to the developers.

Our team will also be here to help you with any issues you might find and provide the best solutions in the quickest way possible.
We're truly excited about Lumia's future experiments and are looking forward to meeting you soon on the island!

Aesop here with a preview of what’s to come in Eternal Return Season 4!

Season 3 of Eternal Return is wrapping up which saw the addition of a lot of new things: new characters, items, item effects, objectives, skins, a replay system, a release on the Microsoft Store, and more.

Today, I’ll be giving you all an update on everything that we’re working on for Season 4 of Eternal Return and beyond. I’ll even be giving you a sneak peek at some of the upcoming characters and new skins!

Season 4
Eternal Return faces some issues at its core. It feels bad getting into a game, setting up your character, looting, hitting your power spike, dying to someone third-partying, and then re-queuing and waiting again.

Today I'm going to introduce the third and final augment category: Support. Any idea what the Support category might do? Wow, good guess! The Support category is more focused on providing supportive effects that aid you or your allies, rather than buffing your raw strength. Sounds like it might be pretty strong in team modes.

It's your friend Aesop here to introduce a brand new Augment category: Fortification.



If you guessed that Fortification augments give you some defensive synergies then.. well.. you'd be right.

Though innately defensive, Fortification augments aren't just to reduce your damage taken - they can help you deal some hits too.

Augments should also be able to carve out better, more defined, roles in Team Modes, granting you more agency, power, and of course, skill expression as a member of a team. Smart tactics are always a surefire way to win.

Hello there all Lumia Survivors! Aesop here to introduce you to a new system coming to Eternal Return

Beginning today, and over the next 2 weeks, we'll be introducing the new Augment system, set to release in Season 4!
(Think talent or rune system from... similar games.)

Before we get started, I'd like to note that everything is still in development and may change a bit!

Augments are divided into 3 categories. Each category has Core and Sub augments.
Core augments are more powerful and help make up for things that test subjects may lack - and sometimes reshape their playstyle entirely!
Sub augments will typically boost multiple stats and give buffs in special situations.

You'll be able to select a total of 5 augments in-game.
