Not true. While we cannot control connectivity issues outside of our threshold, we need the following information when trying to determine network related support.

WGcheck report - this tool is good for isolating client and network issues to narrow down where bottlenecks occur. Also is good for determining any performance issues such as drops in FPS.

Premium ships to a different account is not a network related issue and more of an account management feature. @Admiral_Sgt_Gunslinger are you experiencing networking or account management problems?

Are you trying to download an update for TST? We currently do not have any updates scheduled at the moment.

Ahoy, are you running client only with no modifications?

If you are running mods, disable them and relaunch.

If you aren't, run a check/repair of the client (in the Game Settings).

If the problem still persists, perform a WGcheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket, and attach the screenshots you provided here for reference.

Any high FPS issues may be a variety of factors.

Best to do the following:

Create a WGcheck report


Attach it to a Support ticket


Submit it to the Support team for review.

It helps us determine where the issue may be but it may not be 100% bulletproof as often times it can be the routing of network traffic from your network back to our server.

Still it's a valuable tool we use to isolate where the problem may lie.

You can also include a replay of where it freezes but the WGcheck report is the crucial piece we need to find out what is causing your client to freeze.

Nope, we do not segment players into "groups" and everyone has the same access into the server.

However, just as was stated in several posts earlier, WG does not control how you connect to our server.

Best thing to do besides run a PingPlotter is run a WGcheck report to isolate where the problem lies.

Once it is created, send it over the Support team in a ticket so they can review and find out what is causing FPS spikes.

"repair" = regenerating health with a consumable

"damage control" = putting out fires/stopping floods

Can you specify which function you are trying to use as they are different?

Also, do you have a replay file or screenshots to share?
