Here's a fix for those that are having FPS problems with client 0.9.9:

Instal_patch_for_0.9.9.0.zip

Please give it a try!

If you're still experiencing problems, please contact Support and include a WGcheck report!

Use this to create an EU account: https://eu.wargaming.net/en/

If you're experiencing any FPS inconsistencies or outright game crashes, please perform the following:

Perform a "check and repair' of the client


Create a WGcheck report


Submit a Support ticket + attach the WGcheck report to it

Also we are investigating some other reports of stuttering in the game client and are monitoring cases as they come in.

We ran a micropatch earlier today that took the servers offline for an hour.

Try logging back in as our servers have been up and running since.

Also, there's no need to take a picture of your screen with your phone. You can just press "PrtScr" and the screenshot will be saved in your Screenshots folder.
