Ahoy Fleet!

Apologies for the inconvenience. Sometimes our damage control team has to employ fixes during off-hours when the server population is at its lowest.

While players already logged in weren't affected, those trying to log in weren't able to which is why we had to put up the notification.

On rare occasions, the amount of time required tends to extend beyond the window and we do apologize for this.

Currently, the server is up and online! If you're still having problems logging in, shoot a ticket over to the Support team and they will be able to assist you!

Armory ships follow the same policy as the ones we sell in the Premium Shop:

If the ship is unused (never used in any battle mode including training rooms) we can refund it


If the ship is used in any battle mode, it is ineligible for a refund

Here's a detailed list of our refund policy. Keep in mind that this article is also used for World of Tanks and World of Warplanes so some of the wording might not be relevant to WOWS but the concept is the same.

When items like this occur where you don't get credit for Naval Battle engagements, please report them immediately with relevant screenshots, replays, and a WGCheck report to Support via a ticket.

Sometimes there is de-sync between the cloud and the client but we need the files to figure out what is happening in order to do our investigation.

Did you submit a WGcheck report to the Support team via a ticket?

Also, sometimes the update files are damaged during download and installation.

If you perform a "check and repair" on the WGC launcher, it will correct any problems on the client.

Our support team will assist you as best we we can but we definitely need a WGcheck report to assist with troubleshooting any tech issue.

Unfortunately, Mac support will be sunset at then end of Update 0.9.12. Our support team will do their best to assist but further resources to shore up the Mac Wrapper are limited.

Let's take a look at the items you listed. Also make sure you disable any mods (if you're running any) or run WOWS in safe mode:

1. Bomb whistle plays at the end of every game when heading back to port screen, despite no carriers in match and happens even in Big Hunt mode.

Try resetting your audio to the default settings; if that doesn't help, do a "check/repair" of the game client

2. Armory does not load on first try, loading circle disappears and all progress to bring up the armory stops.

3. In game news article tab has the same problem as Armory loading glitch.

4. Naval Battles tab has the same problem as Armory loading glitch.
5. Clan tab some times has the same problem as Armory loading glitch.

Can you do a check/repair of the client? Sometimes game files are damaged or incomplete during an update.
