Are you just having problems with the Gale in Key Battles? Any problems with the other ships in the event?
Can you do a check/repair of the client to see if that improves the performance?
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy Fleet!
If you're running into any problems with the client, please perform the following:
Perform a check/repair of the client
If problems persist, create a WGcheck report
Submit that report to the Support team so they can take a look and see what is happening
#anchorsaweigh
Do you have a ticket number? I can take a look and see what's going on.

If you're playing through Steam, check the Steam settings you have for downloads as content for all titles is controlled through there.

I would also do a "check and repair" just to make sure all of you game files installed properly since the update last week.
If that persists, run a WGcheck report and submit to the Support team in a ticket so they can have a closer look.
#anchorsaweigh
I would definitely run a WGcheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket so they can review.
Also, make sure you've updated your device drivers and Windows updates are current.

"Transaction error" is something I see when the game client loses connectivity to our cloud.
I do see a lootbox dropped into your account earlier today with some signals and camo.
If you haven't claimed any boxes earned, they will be waiting for you when you log back on.
#anchorsaweigh
Try doing a "check and repair" of the client.
If that doesn't improve things, run w WGcheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket so they can take a look.
#anchorsaweigh
Thank you for this!
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy @Jystri,
To do a check and repair:
Go to "game settings" on the WGC
Select "check&repair" on the drop down
This will verify all game files have been properly installed, and if not, then it will repair the files for you.
If this doesn't resolve the issue, run a WGcheck report:
Go to the "?" on the left panel of the WGC
Select "Create report"
Attach the report to a Support ticket and send it to the Support team
#anchorsaweigh
Ouch, that doesn't look good.
Try doing a "check and repair" of the game client to see if any files were not installed properly during the update,
If it persists, run a WGcheck report and submit to the Support team in a ticket.

Ahoy Fleet!
Affirmative, this is a known issue and we're working on it.
Thanks for the heads up!
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy Fleet!
Can you guys do a run a WGcheck report?
Then do a "check and repair" of you game client to see if any files were not installed correctly or damaged during the 0.9.10 update?
Send the report to the Support team for review in a ticket.
After doing the check and repair, try playing some games and see if you can pop a DevStrike achievement.
#anchorsaweigh
Can you take a screenshot of your path on the global map so I can see what the course looks like?
Nope, that's all I have in my folder.
Ahoy @Hyperion728!
Yes, create a WGcheck report and submit it with your Support ticket.
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy @Y_Nagato!
Go to your World of Warships folder:
C:\Games\World_of_Warships_NA\res
You can place your MP3 files here.
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy @GG!
Here's some info that can help you!
If you don't have a "res" folder, you can just create a new folder "res" and place it in the same folder as "res_packages".
Yes, mp3s will work
Replays:
Replays aren't exactly a video recording of your last battle rather digital recreations of the last battle(s) based on player interactions and any event recorded by the server (ie damage taken or sinking a ship)
Try uploading replays here: https://replayswows.com/ - this isn't an official WG site but it is popular with the community and uses our external API service for data and statistics.
Check out this thread for replay controls:

NA and EU patch at different times.
NA patches first then EU the following morning.
Try doing a check/repair of the client in the game settings.
That should ping the server to start downloading V.0.9.10.
