Yes, our clocks here in the US changed but the server operates off of UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) so it doesn't follow our time change.

Are you just having problems with the Gale in Key Battles? Any problems with the other ships in the event?

Can you do a check/repair of the client to see if that improves the performance?

If you're playing through Steam, check the Steam settings you have for downloads as content for all titles is controlled through there.

"Transaction error" is something I see when the game client loses connectivity to our cloud.

I do see a lootbox dropped into your account earlier today with some signals and camo.

If you haven't claimed any boxes earned, they will be waiting for you when you log back on.

Ahoy @Jystri,

To do a check and repair:

Go to "game settings" on the WGC


Select "check&repair" on the drop down

This will verify all game files have been properly installed, and if not, then it will repair the files for you.

If this doesn't resolve the issue, run a WGcheck report:

Go to the "?" on the left panel of the WGC


Select "Create report"


Attach the report to a Support ticket and send it to the Support team

Can you guys do a run a WGcheck report?

Then do a "check and repair" of you game client to see if any files were not installed correctly or damaged during the 0.9.10 update?

Send the report to the Support team for review in a ticket.

After doing the check and repair, try playing some games and see if you can pop a DevStrike achievement.

If you don't have a "res" folder, you can just create a new folder "res" and place it in the same folder as "res_packages".

Replays:

Replays aren't exactly a video recording of your last battle rather digital recreations of the last battle(s) based on player interactions and any event recorded by the server (ie damage taken or sinking a ship)

NA and EU patch at different times.

NA patches first then EU the following morning.

Try doing a check/repair of the client in the game settings.

That should ping the server to start downloading V.0.9.10.
