Also, have you performed a "check and repair" of the client to see if that improves the sound quality?

In case you get problems like this, create a WGcheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket.

They will be able to take a look and see where the issue lies and how to work with it.

Sometimes players take a while to load in longer than others.

This can happen from a variety of factors from the mods they are using aren't optimized, latency in their network connection, PC is running older or legacy hardware/drivers that aren't optimized to system requirements.

Something to consider before reporting someone as AFK during a battle.

If the problem returns, try running a check/repair of the client to see if any files were damaged or corrupt.

If that doesn't resolve the issue, create a WGcheck report and submit a ticket to the Support with the report.

This way we will be able to see what's going on and isolate where the problem is.
