I can see you did earn freeXP during your battles in the Henri.
The Support team can assist you further with your question.

I just checked it on my side too and confirmed.
I'll run a WGcheck report and send it up the food chain.
I'll also forward this thread too, nice find team!

Ahoy Fleet, this thread is probably better in the General Discussions category as it is a conversation on the pros/cons of the UU for the Z-52.

My point was not to downplay using VM to run WOWS, but the method that was tested (Bootcamp) is what was recommended.
You can experiment with VM to see how it performs but be sure to share findings with other Mac players so they can decide for themselves which method works better.

Can you create a WGcheck report?
Then PM me with the report attached.
#anchorsaweigh
Can you create a WGcheck report and open a support ticket?
Please include the report in the ticket and describe how to recreate the problem step by step.

Ahoy @Flynag86!
Check out this article regarding MacOS support for World of Warships: https://na.wargaming.net/support/en/products/wows/hot-issues/33448/

Thank you, the intent was to offer a bonus for owners of the original version of these ships.
Everything is checking out on our side, the WGcheck report should isolate where the issue leads to.
Ahoy @SeaCat_!
Can you try clearing your browser cache and try again?
Also, you may want to try using another Web browser. (ie FireFox, Edge, Safari if you have access to a Mac or iPhone)
Thanks for the information!

@SamTheMad,
We are dealing with a lot of requests since last weekend and our team is working through them as quickly as possible.
At the same time, these transactions take time to process especially given the complicated nature and we want to make sure they are done right the first time.
Adding more tickets to the queue for the same request only complicates matters and slows everything down.
I can see you have a few tickets in the queue and they are still being worked on.
Please allow the Support team to work on the requests and take care of you.
#anchorsaweigh
I can answer your question, PM me for details.
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy @pachelbel117,
I can see your ticket is still active and being worked on.
Please refrain from discussion this matter on public Forum space as it deals with a purchase and work with the Support agent that is handling your ticket.
#anchorsaweigh
Please forward a WGcheck report to the Support team so they can take a dive into what's going on.

I haven't seen any widespread reports on chat problems with clans. In case it happens, submit a Support ticket and provide the following information:
WGcheck report
screenshots of the chat issue
information on how and when it happens (ability to reproduce)

Try performing a "check/repair" of the game client.
If that doesn't solve the problem, create a WGcheck report and submit it to the Support team in a ticket so we can try to isolate the issue.
#anchorsaweigh
Ahoy,
That definitely looks like a good reason to create a WGcheck report.
Should anyone get in touch with the OP for the video, they should submit that to the Support team with the report and link to the video for follow up.
#anchorsaweigh
If you submit a WGcheck report after you are disconnected and submit a ticket with it, we investigate it and should there be an issue with the client or connection, we can work with the player to find middle ground.
However, if you are constantly disconnecting or having client problems, that is an issue that should be investigated and as your game experience is being disrupted and you are unable to join the Fleet in battle.
The Fleet needs all the help it can get so it is imperative to fix any problems with your client/connection above everything else.
Perform a check/repair of the game client
Create a WGcheck report + submit it to the Support Team.

No worries and welcome back!
