I just installed the update and my game looks like yours too!
I already tried to fix it with the client's repair tool. I may try reinstalling/updating the gpu drivers later.

Graphics card, DirectX version, specific windows version, processor, and memory would be helpful.
Most of it can be obtain from the "About your PC" section or even better using the CPU-Z tool.

Been playing the game on this computer since 2013 with no issues. Occasional crash when multi-tasking (having browser open on a streaming site for instance).
Worth noting, the game starts up fine, shows the tavern door as usual, and when the Hearthstone title should appear instead the screen changes in a mess of pixels. One of them pretty cute too: https://imgur.com/a/w4H9mHd

Not really; we share them from time to time as a behind the scenes peak, but don't publish them or anything.
The art description for this piece (the short description we give to the artists to direct what they should paint) was:
An elderly grizzled human Paladin, with white hair and beard. He has his libram out, kneeling beside a dying alliance soldier on the battlefield outside Northwatch Hold, reading his last rites. (Focus on the Paladin)
No Arena team. Makes sense now.

I'm a little surprised that this keeps getting highlighted in summaries of the AMA.
What's unexpected about this? If you did expect that there was a dedicated Arena dev team, what do you expect that they did?
Because those are additional skins that replace actual heroes of Hearthstone. We don't have Jaina or Thrall cards for that reason, but anyone else is fair game.
This. There's a difference between an alternate hero that you have to go out of your way to acquire and use, and the base hero for a class.

I have no plans to dye Mams' hair. Hair dye is a way to express and customize yourself, and I don't have any reason to believe that Mams wants to be a different color than she is. I know there's pet-safe dyes so that it can be done safely, but I just don't have any reason to do it.
There are 3 possibilities:
- A radical change to standard and wild balance changes
- The radical change to BG that was promised
- Mercs

You have to go below 15hp for a concede to be counted on your side. Even if you take 60 damage 3 times or concede after they show lethal, it doesn't count unless you hit 15.
