And that is partially my point, we can only do so much to inform players. SOME of the work needs to be on the player.

Aloha,

A 3 day chat ban doesn't just occur. You had to have done something to be escalated beyond a 24 hour. If you feel this is in error put a customer support ticket in and they will review the infraction to see if it was wrongly placed on you.

Okay, I cannot speak to issues of communication in past events or misinterpretation (which I am trying to help fix for the future). This is a separate issue from what the OP is talking about.

But I was directly speaking to the OP and how he mentions that we don't put information out. Which is NOT correct.

Aloha,

So we put it in the DevBlog, both here and the DB site and in the in game "news" section, well in advance, in the PTS notes on here, the bulletin on the website, in the WGC news and in the in game "news" section, well in advance, its live on the PTS weeks in advance, then in the Patch Notes days before the patch and in the in game "news" section, we talk about it on live streams both EU and NA weeks in advance.

I am not sure how much else you want us to communicate changes to you, other than flooding your port with news which we DO NOT want to do.

Aloha,

Sometimes you will click "allow" but the "only for this instance" may be checked also. Just make sure it is a rule that you set. This happens sometimes with updates because the programming may be updated and the firewall sees it as a new program.

Just wondering also if you're using the WGC or the old launcher.

Aloha,

Also remember you can try accessing the armory through the "Containers" tab. If not the link that @ObiphanKenobi posted as well https://armory.worldofwarships.com/en/

We are working to figure out why this is an issue!

So we have seen issues with the game freezing when it tries to open a browser in game, we are working on this.

But it is unrelated to the issue above that is being discussed.

Hmmm..... I guess I'd need to see if that Cyrillic is everywhere or just in the NB tab.....

As for the other one, you mean down below in "Combat Missions" that is a new one, I'll ping our folks

Were you in game and opened the survey which would have opened a browser?

Comment

Sorry? Not seeing the issue.

Sorry, I'm not understanding. The mission says "base XP" and the base xp from that battle was applied in the second screen shot.

This is how it has always worked. The spotter doesn't increase your vision, if you're outside a ships detection range, then they will go dark. The purpose of your spotter is to be a spotter for artillery, in other words, it increases your gun range and aid with your leading by changing the firing angle at range.

Oh, forgot to tell you, this only applies to everyone except you....

Well careful with blanket statements. Because our competitive players and players playing in the competitive on the regular have INCREASED. In any game, you will have people that have played over a long period of time will leave, but we have a large amount of players coming in and playing those competitive game modes regularly.

TBH, you will see a lot of CCs show this or mention this (Jingles has said it numerous times) we on NA are more laid back and easy going and actually communicate in games, this doesn't always occur elsewhere.
