As stated above most of the time you can look at their turret orientation and you will know if they EVER connected. If all turrets are centerlined and not repositioned they never connected and it's not technically an AFK, they could have crashed etc.

Currently A LOT of ISP's are having equipment issues, case in point I know for a fact that Comcast has an L1 switch down in the western states and AT&T has a switch down in the east whatever part handles Georgia specifically). Due to the higher than normal traffic on all ISP's some are getting more frequent disconnects and crashes.

Also, remember that WoT and WoWS are two totally different development teams, so A LOT of the features they have do not translate over.

Here's the thing,

Though there is some good advice and conversation going on, you have to be careful, because, FOR YOU things might play out different. For the following reasons, what do YOU play more? What do you enjoy playing? What are you good in? All these factors can change things.... I am a DD main, so I have him in Daring, but I do move him around, like I put him in the RN CA's while I was grinding them, several times popped various talents... etc etc....

Though it is true, certain Legendary Commanders can have better perks for certain ships, it does change depending on YOUR play style, the best thing is to look at their talents and then cater to that for you.

WiP ships are always being changed, these ships are not at release stage. That being said, everyone said this about Kremlin. And she is NOT the "OP globally overperforming tier X BB" that everyone keeps saying she is. Every single ship has counters in the game, I have come across several of the new Russian test ships as a DD and have hard countered them fairly easy. As well, I have done so in BB's also.

Many of our ST's have been playing for a hot minute, so they know a lot of the game mechanics more than the average player, it is fairly easy to out perform in almost any ship when you are someone that knows how to play.

That being said we are gathering the test data and have been following the feedback.

All that being said, as has been stated above, play the game, make your own opinions up, you are better to watch the video's and learn how to play, how to counter certain mechanics (like not sitting broadside in a cruiser or BB), ship b...

Thanks for your feedback, I'll put it in my next report going up. It does make some sense. That being said, we are trying new things to see what people like and don't. This is IMO a good way for people to be able to try out premium ships before they buy them. Though I am not sure I personally care for having ships you cannot acquire normally in there...

As for the Kirov, I cannot speak to exactly what will happen, I do not believe we have mentioned this, but I can do some digging, but TBH what I would do is have her in my port, just in case.
