There are no issues on our end regarding the XBOX servers so it’s possible that this might be linked to connectivity issues between your ISP and the server provider.

Could you ensure that your console is on a wired connection?

It’s possible that the saved database has become corrupted, would it be possible to start a new game to determine if this was the case?

It’s possible that the followers walk into lava or die to fall damage while following, although we’ve been working on improving their overall AI in the current updates.

We would need you to share the exact locations where this has happened so we can relay the information to our team, if possible through a screenshot of the in-game map while being present in or pointing at the area.

Hello @Zsoltice2, in order to verify this with G-Portal we’ll need you to share timestamps (incl. timezone) for when you suspect the server was under a possible attack.

If you suspect you’re experiencing a DoS or DDoS attack try performing a complete reset of your router by turning off its power for up to 10 minutes, which will increase the likelihood that you will get a new IP address that the attacker will not have access to.

You should also set your profiles to private and avoid accepting group chat invitations from strangers in order to safeguard yourself from platform-specific vulnerabilities.

When did this issue first start ocurring?

Please ensure that your save is stored on the XBOX cloud before trying each of the following steps and letting us know if they help:

Reset the console cache by holding the power button for about 10 seconds until the console powers off, then disconnecting it from the power outlet for a couple of minutes, then try loading into your SP session.

Try to perform a soft factory reset while keeping games and apps.

If the above procedures don’t help, please try to perform a full reinstall of the game.

Were you ever able to connect to any server and could you also ensure that your console is on a wired connection?

Are you able to successfully load into a singleplayer session and, if so, can you try connecting to one of the official servers right after?

If possible, we’d also appreciate that you share the specific server numbers for any servers that you’re unable to connect to.

We’ve looked into the server’s stats and couldn’t detect any issues with it in the past days, could you please share a screenshot of your Event Log as it might hint at what could’ve happened to your items?
