We’re still investigating the issue about the missing files. We believe it affects fresh installs of the Testlive client, so those affected by this can workaround this problem until we’ve found a solution by going into the game’s folder and running ConanSandbox.exe directly.

Just sweeping in quickly to clarify that what we’ve fixed is the issue where those debuffs would apply continuously until relogging.
The note has been clarified to specify which instance has been fixed. Previous one was misleading. It now reads:

It’s a server setting and it’s not enabled on Testlive servers as the focus on them, at least the official ones, is to test new features and gather feedback during certain periods of time. They’re not intended for providing a “regular” game experience like live servers. At least the official ones.
To those of you experiencing issues starting this build, could you let us know if you’re trying to start the game from its own separate Testlive client, or by using the testlive beta branch on the main client?

We’ve updated the patch notes with a few new fixes confirmed by QA:
- Fixed an issue where thralls would not follow their attack rotations and did no combos.
- Horses should now drop their saddles when rescued.
- Fixed an issue where the follower management screen would allow the cursor to still operate in the background, possibly triggering unintended actions.
- The action drop-down menu in the management screen should no longer go out of screen boundaries.
- Fixed an issue where fully populated Follower Management Lists may have had certain options hidden.
We’re also aware of the missing files and we’re working to get it resolved ASAP.
