• Fixed an issue with the exclusive Join the Fight bundle K-NorCo B5C Mount not being able to be rideable at level 1.
• Galactic Seasons 6 Blueprint Fragments are now Bind on Pickup.

Hi everyone,

Chiming in to give you all an idea of what to expect for tomorrow. We do intend on taking down the servers to roll out 7.4.1a which would fix the K-NorCo B5C Mount from the Join the Fight bundle. However, we do not have an exact time scheduled just yet as there are levels of verification and testing that needs to be happen. Once I have this information, I will update this thread. What I can say at this time that estimated downtime is approximately two (2) hours.

Wanted to put together a short checklist/troubleshooting guide as we’re seeing reports of players being unable to get past the key art loading screen. 

Security programs

• Be sure to add the game AND launcher on the allowlist for any security programs (anti-virus, firewall, etc…) Depending on what programs you are using, you will have to look up how to add SWTOR executables to the allowlists. Adding only one or the other may not allow the game to play correctly. 

Subscriber vs Preferred/F2P accounts being able to log in

• There are reports of some players with Subscriber accounts being unable to log into the game, however, if they create a new account, the new account is able to log in. We recommend that impacted accounts delete the settings folder that is typically found here: C:\Users\%username%\AppData\Local\SWTOR\swtor\settings

Hi all, 

We're using this space to track known issues regarding 7.4.1, and will be updating as needed.  

• Players may notice that winning a Warzone match doesn't grant double points for Heading the Frontline season objective. 
• New Fitted equipment is a bit over-represented in world drops and treasure hunting boxes are affected as a result. We'll be altering the drops a bit to bring the original drops from worlds closer to how they were before.
• The new Fitted equipment is not listable in the GTN. This is not intended.
• The "Edifice Engineer", “The Builder”, and "Grand Architect" season vendor titles are not unlocking in Collections.
   

While this is not directly tied to 7.4.1, we did want to call out that we are aware that some Steam players are being required to accept the EULA agreement upon every log in and are looking into a fix.

Hi everyone,

Star Forge is back online! Appreciate your patience with the issues players were seeing with how the GTN was functioning on the Star Forge server. There were reports of some auctions that were purchased on the GTN not arriving in the buyers’ Claim Window.

We have identified the issue and it has been fixed. For players whose items were impacted by this issue, credit and item refunds will be applied back onto their accounts during tomorrow’s maintenance.

Mark your calendars! Game Update 7.4.1 "Building a Foundation" will be releasing on March 12th!

• Time: 7am CT / 1pm UTC (note that DST is happening on March 10th)

Though patch notes will be available on Monday, I did want to let you all know about some highlights beforehand. 

Alongside Galactic Seasons 6, Date Night Companion Missions, and the opening of Character Transfers to the Shae Vizla server, the following will be coming with 7.4.1: 

• Outfits will now be included when characters are transferred between servers.
• Ancient Armaments Added To Daily Login Rewards
  • Ancient Armaments contain various armor appearances including ones that were difficult to be acquired and could not previously be traded.
  • These armor pieces do not contain stats or mod slots and are intended sole...

Hello everyone, 

Below are some commonly asked questions that we have seen pop up since the 7.4.1 livestream and the answers to them! 

• Can we use credits to purchase the additional three room unlocks? 
  • Yup! The initial 6 room unlocks are on the F2P and Sub tracks of season respectively as noted during the stream and then the other 3 rooms can be unlocked like a normal room in a Stronghold with either Cartel Coins or Credits.
• Do I have to buy the modernized Utility Bundles? 
  • Players who have the OG utility bundles do not need to purchase the modernized ones, they will just be updated with 7.4.1 launch.
• Will we increase the SH limit?
  • The limit is set as 20 and will not be increased at this time. 
• Will Guilds be able to set the new Copero stronghold as their Guild Stronghold?
  • Only...

Hi everyone,

Giving you all a heads up that we’re doing some back-end maintenance this morning around 9:30am CT / 3:30pm UTC. We will not be taking down servers for this. However, it is possible that some players may experience issues logging for a 30 minute period once we start maintenance. This should have no impact on players who are currently logged in and playing unless they log out and try to log back in with another character. I'll update this thread when everything is complete!
