Life transfer doesn't seem to be working correctly with vengeful ghost (and possibly other conjures) at least with the t95 conjure lifespan boosting armour effect.
A newly spawned vengeful ghost has 60 seconds lifespan but when using life transfer at 40 seconds left, the ghost's duration only gets increased up to like 45 seconds. Its life bar evem states +21s but it always seems go gain less time
Hmm - sounds like something for the team to investigate, I'll get this one logged!

The Tome of Um doesn't pick up dropped ashes if your inventory is full. Could this be fixed?
Can flag this one up to the team - will try and replicate it myself and get that logged.

Always open to the idea of 'Scapers having more ways to rep RuneScape in different ways - I've got an order of a few RuneScape goodies coming my way as I type this! Would definitely be something to look into with the team in the future.

If resonance (or other shield abilities) at first revo slot, and bone shield is ON, but you don't have necro runes. Revo will stop working.
I see! I've never seen anyone with defensives on Revolution, but there's a first time for everything! I assume that this interaction takes place regardless of Lesser/Greater Bone Shield, so I'll get that on the board now.

Loading a preset with newly upgraded weapons, Thanos snaps them away. Pretty big bug.

Have you checked your bank for them? I regularly load a preset and then lose where my gear went, only to find it in the last tab I was looking at... Worth checking with the search bar to find them!

The aviansie fix only mentions the spec being wrongly classed as melee damage meaning it doesn't work. For ahrim every necromancy ability is also classed as melee so during his "flight" he is completely invulnerable to necromancy.
Well then we'll have to see how it interacts tomorrow and if it needs a bug report, we'll get one in!
Mortifer during the quest literally explains why they don't work and tells you that he'll think of how to work on an equivalent specifically for necromancy. So it's a little more than speculation - there is an in-game hint about the future reward space.
Malignius Mortifer: None of your conveniences for magic will help for necromancy incantations either - say, anything you have to store runes, save them, decrease costs...that sort of thing.
Malignius Mortifer: Hmm, though we might be able to make some equivalents specifically for necromancy. Hmm, leave that with me, I'll let you know if I think of anything.
Reading what Malignius says in the first quest takes valuable time away from putting a diabolical amount of question marks into reddit posts, though...

There's a fix to address a similar issue with Aviansie coming on Monday. This may be the same issue!
