the Tomb of Um 2 doesn't state it sends Dragon bones to the focus storage only Baby dragon bones and doesn't send them to the focus storage when toggled and worn
The Tome of Um 2 should send bones, big bones, baby dragon bones and wyvern bones to the focus storage when toggled and worn.
Are you saying it's not sending baby dragon bones, or it's not sending dragon bones? If it's the latter, that's intended.
Or are you saying it is sending dragon bones, although it's not supposed to?

Have now fixed and should be in game on Monday at the latest :)
Until then, bonecrusher should be able to auto-pickup all bones and should be able to crush bones, big bones, baby dragon bones and wyvern bones.

Does this include clawdia for the boss shard and the beach clue scrolls for clue shards?
On the wiki it states that we can only earn the shards while the event is active. Can we deliver the shards to the Wise Old Man after the event ends for the cape buff? (Asking due to vacation, so wondering if I should deliver asap and take my 6 days of buff, or if I can wait until I come home from vacation and then enjoy my 28 days!)

Hoi! There is a grace period until (including) the 2nd of July, during which you can still combine the shards :)
To answer the questions here so far:
- You can get shards by using proteans.
- At the moment, Sandy Clue Scrolls don't work for the clue step task, but I have a change for that in the pipeline, as it's a nice synergy between the events, so we're looking to hotfix that in.
- Shards are not much rarer than in the previous event.
- Bossing should be the same,
- Clue steps might be slightly different, because I changed it from clue scrolls to clue steps.
- Skilling shards are balanced to take a bit longer this time, but not drastically so, since there's more quick shards (Jagex account, gold/proteans, premier, quests(if you have them already completed)) this time around.
For any other questions on specific methods in here:
Rule of thumb is that everything that can give you Yak Track skill and kill progress can also give you a shard.
That said, I'll definitely look into adding a spam-filterable message that sends every time you roll on a shard, either for the rest of this event or a potential future similar event, because then you will just know, which should make life easier for everyone :D

Yep, that made much more sense than actually getting extra shards! Now in QA. Going to look to get that hotfixed today or tomorrow at the latest.
It was not, also my friend having the same issue and he also didn't get the gathering shard as one of his 8.
It's unchecked in the event tab as well
Cool, starting to make sense. One last question: Do you actually get extra shards, or do you just get fireworks and a message saying "You already have unlocked the required amount of: Golden Cape Shard"?

Yes, you definitely can. Bad luck mitigation should get you a shard pretty soon with that amount of time on the clock.

Link the account and log in on a members world with the linked account should be all you have to do.

Can you get the support shard via training agility using silverhawk method?
Silverhawks don't work.
Does Clawdia count for the boss shard?
Only bosses that give marks of war count, so Claudia doesn't.
