I'm glad to hear this! I was a bit worried writing this section that people might take it in the wrong way as if we're penalising everyone, but hopefully this helps everyone have a much more enjoyable experience

Both of these changes should be out I have just checked with the team. The only remaining item from Poll 76 is Poison Dynamite, which has had a beta and it's in the final stages of tweaking.
The Poll 77 blog is being written at the moment. I don't have an ETA on it but we'll get it out to you as soon as we can. In general, our Poll Blogs have been relatively slow for players, so we've been making some changes internally to how we work. We'd like to have shorter times between Poll Blogs and more explanation should be in the Poll 77 blog about how we plan to do that. Hope this helps!

Yep this is an issue, sorry. The devs got sent data which did not take into account any person(s) removed after our Anti-Cheating team did their checks.
Unfortunately, we cannot hotfix this but it will be updated next week.

It didn't, it's completely separate. We're just not having a Leagues this year (we had one earlier on in the year, but that was a delayed League from the year before, so it doesn't count as this years' League).
So why would I start on FSW instead of the maingame?
FSW will give you the opportunity to start with lots of other players on a new economy, you'll probably meet a lot more people especially in early game areas
Is it like on Rs3 where you get faster exp rates and better drop chances? I might try if this is the fact lol
There are no changes to XP rates or drop rates in OSRS's Fresh Start Worlds. Still hoping you might try it though :D
We mentioned this in our FAQ when the first news of it dropped. It is literally the same game on fresh servers. This project is taking up minimal dev time (we mean minimal), and we aren't creating Leagues or anything close to that with FSW.
It's intended for new and returning players as a common jump-on point for the game. We know that this doesn't appeal much to our active player-base but there are some more exciting things in store for you, which we're hoping to reveal in a Summit-style format when we're ready to share more.
We considered the possibility of adding rewards to FSW but we decided not to do this - the team didn't want players to feel FOMO if you chose not to participate in it.
Fresh Start Worlds are free-to-play.

In the dev blog, it says that the FSW are not considered a replacement for Leagues—but on a previous Q&A, I recall it being mentioned that they will replace a Leagues event this year.

scrap FSW please, nobody asked for it, the AP system is kinda cool tho, this is something I'd like to see implemented in the main game. It flopped in RS3, it will flop in OSRS as well

Hey, we've seen the feedback on it. The TLDR is this was considered, we don't think it needs changing. I am happy to keep bringing up your feedback to the devs on it though as I want to make sure you feel heard!
What steps are being taken to ensure FSWs are not abused by bots/goldfarmers with the reduced competition from regular worlds?
The anti-cheating team will be monitoring FSW closely as they do on the main game, and we'll be paying extra attention to areas which are most targeted in this way. We're also going to be stricter with gold farmer-type profiles.
