Said a lot without saying a lot. New group boss, new herblore activity, no real detail around either. I’d have probably waited until you’ve got more to share honestly
We will have more to say about both pieces of content very soon, this post is mostly to gather your thoughts around the Reward Space.
Honestly, I admit this was really bad wording on my part, and I can only apologise for that. As a lot of comments pointed out, Kieren did a much better job summing this up in yesterday's stream than I did within this post.
What I was trying to get across was that we made a mistake and I wanted to showcase how we're trying to be better - none of that is on you as players and I'm genuinely sorry if that's how it came across.
As always I really do appreciate your feedback, especially when it's something that doesn't sit right with you all, regarding either content or communication.

So I've completed 7 rumors, but still can't receive the basic quetzal whistle. I've gone through all the dialog options for the rumor hunters, the soar leader (says I need to get closer to the guild), and the guild master, but still no basic whistle. I wonder if it's because I got a blueprint for the enhanced version from the G.E. before completing 5 rumors
Heya! Just to clear up any other info we may have shared previously, you'll get the Basic Whistle Blueprint from Pitri after 10 Rumours.
Is there a reason tier 3 rumours (expert) are giving tier 2 loot sacks? is this right?

Haven't logged in to see, but I feel like Varlamore would be a good opportunity for an extension to achievement diaries. Has that been given any consideration?
I imagine we'll look at that once we've released the rest of Varlamore.
What are the odds we get more birdhouses in the hunters guild?
I would say very low as we wanted to give alternatives to Birdhouses, not further encouragement.

my screen stayed black after the cutscene with the moon of peril in perilous moons but i was able to move and click, once i escaped; eyatlalli said "well done distracting null" and directed me to the next one but the quest log didn't progress.

Razorback Kebbits are the other one but I asked the team and sounds like you're just unlucky. Let me know if you still don't find it.
Anyone else having trouble with the hunter favours? I'm doing the master ones, the dashing kebbit was pretty quick, now I'm hunting herbiboar, over 65 kc in so far and still no fur from it yet? Just extremely bad luck or glitched ?

No, instead when catching them, you have two different types of Salamanders that you gain, the immature versions are the ones that cannot be used in the wildy.

So you'll now have a chance to get these instead of being able to train any. The immature salamanders are the ones that you can't use.
