We have made an update to the Dungeon to make it feel more like players are exploring a dungeon, and adding new ways for players to interact with it.

Few things going on in here, so bare with me;
In the original example, this would look like @holyporko described where the Hero is frozen, cleanse is cast and turn ends. On the next turn the Hero is now cleansed and able to take bonus/extra turns.
These are working as intended, so I have changed this discussion from a Bug Report to a Feedback thread if anyone would like to continue discussing further

So the fixes from above that we were unable to get out in a hotfix, will be included in the next update being 6.5
As mentioned though, this won’t be visible till the next Legends Reborn event.

This also happens to me at times! Like @rbchaffe mentioned, it will go away after a few seconds.
It happens most commonly for me when I try and launch the game quickly after closing it, or another game.

We do recommend when not playing, especially for extended periods or over resets to force close your game.
In the meantime, I have shared these examples with the team as there were some changes put in place a while ago to prevent issues with game sessions being left idle in the background.
But you mentioned the game crashing when returning.

In the past 24 hours, you may have seen some compensation go out to your mailboxes.
Appreciate everyone’s patience as we worked to get these issues fixed but unfortunately, we have been unable to get the hotfix approved in time for it to be released before the current Legends Reborn event ends.
While these issues are still going to be resolved, the achievement and the Legends Reborn event resource won’t appear again till the next event.
As for the crashing on the reward screen, this will also stop once the Legends Reborn event ends, but we were doing what we could to have this resolved sooner.
Again, appreciate everyone’s patience and apologies for this inconvenience!

To keep this thread from getting into the weeds, we will just address out-of-sync errors in the Adventure board only here, as it was what the original thread was addressing.
@CaptainAwesome if you are getting semi-regular soft locking, can you send through a ticket to Support & one of the team will get into some more in-depth troubleshooting for what you are experiencing?

I have been following along with this, especially since there is more information about the error occurring in the Adventure Board battles (a couple have mentioned the second battle in the second task)
Has this been occurring each day, the second battle-second task each time? Or since before the weekend, has it happened on other AB tasks?
Just trying to find if there is any consistency between the error and the task, so the issue may be with the task or if it is Adventure Boards generally.
Outside of this, we do go through some of the more general troubleshooting for out-of-sync errors first because there are various reasons this can pop up but also helps find if there is some common thread between reports!
