I shared this with the team yesterday and looks similar to a bug we have seen before in which the event currency can remain on-screen for summonsed troops.

But it does appear to only be visual, just like you mentioned!

If anyone is having issues getting trapped by Luthor in their tutorial or is missing the Warbands tab, can you please send a ticket to us in Support (incl. invite code)

That way we can look into your account data specifically to see what is causing these to be locked out.

It is not included with this hotfix, as mentioned was just including it as it was also a critical issue this week. Battlecrashers interacting with a Vault weekend will be resolved in a future update

I thought I would create one post for this announcement and then cross-share it in the relevant threads as these are all linked.

This past week some of the main issues that have been reported are:

1. Soft locking on reward screen (rewards are still received)
2. Achievement for “If I Were A Rich Man” not progressing
3. Incorrect resource displayed in Legends Reborn event, and not the Forest Herb (event progress is collected - graphical issue)

Also, the Battlecrasher missing from the Journey Event while the Vault event was running over the weekend. While it has already been addressed, just wanted to mention it here as it was also a critical issue. Compensation for this has since been sent out to all players

This is not to say there have not been other issues, but these have been the main ones I’m mentioning here, which will make sense in just a moment!

Using the Gems to purchase a Tier on the Kingdom Pass is the equivalent of 5 Crowns progress.

So you would be up 2 Crowns in progress, had not been issues

Sorry I have been unable to jump in here sooner, it is just me running between threads currently as a chunk of the team is out.

We have found the cause of the missing Kingdom Pass Crasher during the Vault event Weekend and I was just awaiting a response in regards to the following before I shared an update.

Crowns cannot be sent out as compensation, this was my first thought but unfortunately, in the game data itself these are considered a ‘point’ metric and not a resource that can be sent. Instead, we will be sending everyone 100 Gems to your in-game mail, to catch up to the tier those 3 crowns would have achieved.

This mail will be going out within the next 24 hours.

Appreciate everyone’s patience while I have been grabbing what I can.

Has everyone who has over 300 Forest Herb completed a Legends Reborn specific battle and still not seen this achievement tracker pop?

Similar to what @canadademon experienced, where it triggered after this battle was completed.

This one looks to be a visual issue! If you have received this ‘vial’ instead we have confirmed it is still counting towards your Legends Reborn Event score/points.
In some cases, the image has changed to the intended Forest Herb after exiting and returning.

The team has got a fix for this that requires a client update, so it will be pushed in the next update, but it is still counting towards unlocking your rewards.

I checked in your logs and I can see you did receive the Cursed Gnome bait from this purchase, but then it was used in an Explore battle you played shortly after.

Cursed Gnome Bait is consumed in either PvP or Explore, whereas regular Gnome Bait is just PvP.
But I’ve told the team that the description in the Inventory screen is currently the same text as the Pet Gnome Bait. This will be changed in the next update.

Just an update here, I was following this throughout the day (appreciate all of @Hawx pings), just waiting for some more questions to be answered in regards to this weeks duplicate tasks!

Tourmaline was grabbed pretty quickly but I have asked about the duplicate Dungeon Lord tasks.
