Season of Discovery

• There are now Emerald Warden guard NPCs present near Nightmare Incursion questgivers and quartermasters.
• The Atal’ai Mojo consumables are now Unique (2), allowing two to be carried and used.
• There is now a 2.60 speed version of the off-hand weapon Serpent’s Striker, available from Zalgo the Explorer on Yojamba Isle in exchange for the 1.50 speed version of the item.
• The drop rate of Nightmare Seeds in Sunken Temple has been increased by roughly 50%.
• Sigil of Living Dreams no longer requires a Nightmare Seed.
• Players should no longer occasionally gain no bonus blood when near Kha’damu and affected by Feast of Blood.
• Players will now gain the Honorless Target effect whenever they enter or leave a Nightmare Incursion portal.
• Rainbow Generator should now appear for troll, tauren, night elf, and all other races.

In Season 4, we’re reducing the overall throughput of some healers to better align with our tuning goals. At the same time, we’re increasing the comparative power of Holy Paladin, Preservation Evoker, and Holy Priest without needing to further escalate the capabilities of healers.

The following adjustments are now deployed to the 10.2.6 PTR, and will go live with the beginning of Season 4 next week.

With a hotfix that went live to all realms earlier today, Righteous Orbs no longer drop during Phase 3 of Season of Discovery.

They’ll become available as intended in Phase 4.

We’ve added one more change to what’s coming tomorrow:

• The mana return of Seal of Martyrdom has been increased significantly.

As the phases have progressed the value and effectiveness of Shamanistic Rage has increased, mana has essentially become a negligible concern for many horde raids utilizing multiple shamans in phase 3. However, the mana return of Seal of Martyrdom has been comparatively quite modest since the launch of Season of Discovery.

We’ve decided to significantly buff the mana return of Seal of Martyrdom to bring it in line with the mana return of Shamanistic Rage. We recognize that the current phase has seen casters’ power progression fall behind that of melee specs, so we don’t want to further increase that divide at this time. We also don’t want to hinder raid groups who made progress in the raid last week with a nerf.

We identified a significant number of players who appear to have been trying for Rank, and used a lot of Bloodstained Commendations before the deadline, but did not obtain the requisite HKs that week. We’ve developed a one-time-only fixup for you.

On Tuesday, April 16, during scheduled maintenance – before the weekly calculations are started for the week of April 9-16 – we’re going to attempt to change the record for those player-characters who fit the above description for the week of April 2-9. The fixup will essentially change your history to make it look as though you got the requisite 15 HKs during the previous week.

In order to alleviate some animation bugs with Taivan, we recently reduced the default size of the mount.

This was a temporary measure, and we’re developing fixes for everyone’s goodest good boy. We expect to return Taivan to a larger size in 10.2.7, and we’re planning to test those fixes in an upcoming 10.2.7 PTR build.

Throughout the beginning of phase 3, we’ve closely monitored in-game progress, feedback from the community, and bug reports.

With scheduled weekly maintenance next week, we’ll make the following class adjustments.

Druid

• Starsurge no longer consumes Clearcasting procs from Omen of Clarity.
• Skull Bash rune moved to the Hands slot (was the Leg slot).
• Lacerate rune moved to the Leg slot (was Hands).
• Lacerate threat increased substantially.

Paladin

• Light’s Grace rune moved to the Bracer slot (was Helm).
• The mana return of Seal of Martyrdom has been increased significantly.

Rogue

• Focused attacks now generates 3 additional energy (up from 2)

Shaman

• The Internal Cooldown for Overcharged has been increased to 3 seconds

• Darkmoon Card: Overgrowth proc chance increased to 10% (was 5%).
• Darkmoon Card: Decay now procs from ranged attacks and abilities.
• Anguish of the Dream’s bonus damage on next ability will no longer be consumed by professions.

    • Fixed a bug that could prevent a Druid with Radiant Moonlight who died and resurrected from getting more than one cast of Full Moon before it resets to New Moon.

    • Damage dealt from Berserk: Frenzy and Burning Frenzy (Seasons 3 and 4 set armor 4-piece bonus) will now log correctly when buffed by an Augmentation Evoker.

Yes, Timerunner characters can be added to existing guilds, and we expect them to earn achievements in Pandaria just like anywhere else.

That’s correct. You can create Timerunning characters on any Dragonflight realm, including those hosted in Australia.

You will create new Remix characters (Timerunners) for this event on whichever realms you choose. So that can be the realm on which you mainly play, and it can be realms where you have some alts, and it can be a realm that’s completely new to you.

When you select a Timerunner and hit ‘Enter World’, you’ll enter the Remix world and play there starting at level 10. After the event ends, your Timerunners will be converted into standard characters and you’ll have them available to you in the character selection screen alongside your other characters.

This is the result of a bug that we have fixed in a future 10.2.7 build.

• The flasks specifically for Sunken Temple now persist through death.

This was not intended. The Atal’ai Mojo potions are not meant to be flasks nor should they persist through death.

We’re planning to open WoW Remix: Mists of Pandaria for testing on the Dark Heart (10.2.7) PTR starting on Friday, April 12 at 10:00 a.m. PDT (19:00 CEST). We expect to conclude this test on Sunday, April 14 at 10:00 p.m. PDT (07:00 April 15 CEST).

During that time, all of Pandaria: Remix will be available to test:

• Level 10 - 70
• All Pandaria zones
• Normal and Heroic Scenarios
• Normal and Heroic Dungeons
• LFR, 10-player Normal, and 10-player Heroic Mogu’shan Vaults, Heart of Fear, Terrace of Endless Spring, and Throne of Thunder
• LFR, Normal, Heroic, and Mythic Siege of Orgrimmar
• All of the progression including the Cloak of Infinite Potential, spell gems, and new itemization
