Please, go to the monolith stone: Blood Frost and Death.
Click on non-empowered version and post a screenshot of that.
Do the same for empowered.

What progression state are you in on the non-empowered timeline of Blood, Frost Death?

This is intentional. The tool tip mentions you have dodge rating “while using” Shadow Cascade, automatic procs do not count.

It’s difficult reproduce internally to have this bug resolved if we do not know how the player triggered this event to happen. Any information how it is occurring would help.

I am unable to reproduce this. Were you procing any abilities when gambling?

Moon spire FPS is a known issue. I believe we have a fix for it internally.

Do you have Holy Aura or Sigils of Hope up? I believe they consume this proc.
