I was not super pleased with my result from Total Automization, but it was the foundation for a lot of greater things down the line.
I just released what I think is a better mod, Kombat Drones, which has similar mechanisms as Total Automization

didn't even get a notification or anything
We have this very explicit overwrite warning
Boken mods so far: Even Distribution (crash), Helmod (missing open button), Flare Stack (resets all burn rates).
Nothing we have changed should be causing mod problems (no changed or removed mod APIs).
How come you're still playing on 1.0.0?
Sorry, it is not possible, Steam is the only place where we offer regional pricing.
I am getting the urge lately to attempt some more work towards a balanced PvP focused mod...
The scope is always so large, rebalancing a whole combat system that was designed for PvE, adjusting the timing and systems so players don't just snowball and steamroll the opposition. But always the temptation is there
I played an SE run with TD's and the base looked really cool having separate factories (walled off) connected to a street of drones. Used trains for long distance like mines. Probably the coolest looking base we ever built.
We had to abandon the run because the FPS/UPS started dropping somewhere mid into the run. I can't be sure to blame TD mod for the drop in performance but i have my suspicion.
If you can provide the save game I can take a look at some possible optimizations
I miss the "Distance walked" so much. Is there a mod for that?
Distance walked was never actually in the game, the image is a mockup
I started playing warptorio and modded along the way but it got to the point that the loadtimes and performance is terrible (okay trechnically its only 10gb ram usage the rest is wndows). and I wonder how to trouble shoot it.6600k + 980ti + 16ram +ssd
posted everything that might be helpful, I tried deactivating all mods etc but this did nothing with loadtimes or ram usage. I think all of that happend after an update, so maybe something in my config needs adjustment? (tried to delete it and let it autodownload again)
Edit: I left my homeplanet and loading takes like 5 seconds now and the save game is back at 7mb of size, I have everything else running as well with the atlas file etc and my game never ran this smooth ty very much all
In the config.ini, you can turn on atlas cache and mod data cache, which should speed up subsequent game loads
Units don't collide with each other in Factorio, unfortunately. I also wish to see the wonky pathing tbh.
You can make them collide with eachother by setting the collision mask in the prototype
Ah recorded the whole thing with decoratives turned off
I looked into it... you are right...
There used to be a checkbox at the top of the advanced tab in the map generator, however it isn't there for me currently. (This is completely vanilla BTW)

Dude im trying too persuate him into buying it but he is really opposed to it and I wouldn't get him to play any other way. If he likes it he will buy it anyway so we can play the more recent versions.
Why can't he just pirate the latest version? 0.16 is over 3 years old
Merle haggard, Marty robbins, maybe some Bobby bare
I expect three more updates today.
why u do this to us??
spooky
There is the PvP scenario in the game, which creates separate starting areas and all of that
What can be done to fix this ?
