Also, if possible, a test without the mods would be the best starting point to rule them out as well.

Thank you for your report. However, it seems to be working as intended.
The purge system works with several validations to raise the bar, one of them is whether the player (or one clan member) is online on the server. If online you (or the clan) get a positive check, when you’re not you get a negative point which decreases the bar size. Therefore, if you spend more time offline than online, your purge bar is unlikely to raise enough to activate the purge.

Thank you for your report. However, it isn’t a bug. Characters can have the same display name but, each has a unique FuncomID. And upon investigation, our team is able to determine who exactly is the culprit.
