Thank you for your report.

  • You can only transfer one character at a time. If you have already exported a character it must be imported before another character can be exported.
  • After you successfully import a character, there is a cool-down period during which you are unable to transfer another character- 24 hours for PvE and 7 days for PvP.

Hey,

Could you try some additional steps?

  1. Please deactivate any mods installed
  2. Verify the files again without mods
  3. Restart Steam with the option “change account” to force Steam to sync
  4. Start the game without mods
  5. Log into singleplayer or any official server.

Please let us know if the issue still persists after following the suggested steps.

Our team did some tests and it seems that Steam needs a restart to get things running smoothly. We ask you all to use the “Change account” option on Steam to log out completely.

  • Which Xbox model do you have?
  • Do you have your game installed on an SSD or HDD?
  • Is the console stable playing other demanding games?
  • Does it exhibit any signs of overheating while playing Conan Exiles?
  • Which is the number of the server you’re trying to access?
