Our team determined a rollback to an older database to avoid character loss. Therefore, the server has been rolled back to the backup from Friday 6.

As @Narelle mentioned, it seems you are trying to run the Testlive Client.
Have you tried to uninstall and perform a full reinstall of the main game? Also, if possible, try to use a different driver or create a new folder for the new install.
