Yet dream mentor isn't grandmaster is it? - I haven't completed the quest but to me a grandmaster really sounds like "amazing making something you'll remember doing"; can be a boss, story or puzzle (like light puzzle in sote).
Again I don't have an opinion, yet but 20 minutes sounds quite short... Also if it's possible without specialized gear or time to think to solve the puzzles.
Fremennik exiles isn't grandmaster either, it's only master tier.
Dream Mentor and Roving Elves are also quite short, I personally look at Grandmaster as the "hard" quests.

You can store it inside your PoH tomorrow, but you can also just re-make it after the quest the same way you did during Song of the Elves anyway.
Hey, this isn't a bug, the Elven scout that has replaced Ilfeen will be able to recharge this for you, however you've been attempting to talk to the scout that replaced Islwyn and Eluned. If you head to the two areas that Ilfeen wandered you should be able to find the correct scout.

that thing needs a complete rework, the passive does not merit giving up a ring slot at all unless it offers something offensive.
I mean... It's pretty nice for the skilling tools, but yes I wouldn't use it in combat.

Crystal crown, and the boots from Lliann's shop would sort that outfit right out, maybe find a different amulet though.
