Try to restart your PC, run the game as admin and make sure your antivirus is not blocking the game.

Players from Asia are locked to only Asian servers. Now with the high ping kick, unless you have a lower ping for a region, you cannot connect. 

This is a solution taken to resolve several issues and it is temporary until a permanent better solution is attained. No ETA though.

Other than that, we do not take cheater reports. If they cheat, they get flagged and banned by anticheat (BattleEye).

Game fixing has nothing to do with this though. This is organized with PR department and Twitch. Developers are still working on the game and doing what needs to be done as always. This event has 0 negative impacts about EFT. Such events brings:

• More people: now you get to shoot at more people.
• More funds to BSG which helps hire more people, purchase more servers, improve the studio and grow EFT even more. Games cost money to make and after all they are also a business.

So, yes, this is actually contributing to what EFT can become in the future—an improved than before game. I am personally happy to see this and continue to see the growth and success of EFT all the way through.

That is only to chat. You do not need chat to get drops. You get drops for watching.

Discount sales is announced on all our platforms. Not just forum. Email is sent out for various things and at times for discounts but this time it was not sent out (Not sure why on that one).

How were you cheated? We announced the exact start and end time...

Cheaters are actively being banned. We do not allow the creation of new threads each time someone suspects a cheater. If you have a video evidence, you can share it under the dedicated thread for that. Other than that, such threads do not have any value except to clutter the forums.

No, more skills are being "unlocked" that are not available yet. How is acquiring a skill unrealistic? Isn't that actually a thing in IRL? I know it is for me lol

Plus, this game has some RPG elements as advertised and this is part of that.

Please, refer to the EFT term of service which states that EFT does not offer refunds for any pre-order packages of the game. You might want to work with your friend to get your funds back.
