It has been a while since we had a massive moderation team recruitment campaign, and the community has been growing in the forums exponentially. That said, we are now opening up the recruitment of the next batch of moderators to improve the flow of the forums as well as communication. The question is different here. There is a difference between a specific patch causing an increase/a new issue and the previously already existing stutter issue (which does not happen as often anymore nor for all). In this case, I am talking particularly about "After the recent patch".

Karma system (including for SCAVs) is planned. It will be discussed how exactly it will work once it is ready to come out.

Cheaters are actively being banned. You should see my private messages. It is literally a jar full of cheater tears crying for mercy. 

9/10 times, cheater claims are actually not even cheaters. Just new players who are expecting different in Tarkov and getting killed in a very short time due to the way they move, paths they take, being slow, not knowing hot locations, running around like a headless chicken, etc.

There is no difference to die by SCAV or something else. What you are suggesting will actually increase the SCAV on SCAV "violence" because everyone will go and farm SCAVs and if they get killed, then great, they get a reduced cool-down which encourages the attack of other SCAVs.

As said before, this is part of the game. Killing SCAVs or working with them is a choice you and the other person must make. It is part of the experience.

Hover over a post and the button "report post" shows up just like my screenshot above.

Not really. It just means that they will bump old threads we just have to go and lock for other reasons (bumping old threads and not using search function). And more resections only restricts the legit posters who we value their opinion, feedback and their need for help. If that makes sense. And what you are saying is valid and makes sense but not the proper solution from what we know from the inside. 

P.S: Not dismissing you. I will keep what you said in mind for...

The forum is getting overfilled with topics from our respected new members and they are ALL same topics with few variables and it is becoming painful to watch it and to even scroll past it because its, like, there.

I am talking about topics like "i bought the game but cannot play it", "i haven't got verification email", "fix your game", "i got banned and i haven't cheated a day in my life" etc. etc. etc. dozens and dozens of posts like this and most of those post should not even be on the forum as they(players) can inquire about most of those problems to the supports service, please admins, make it stop, at least slow it down.

Sounds like something blocking it for you. Try to use a VPN. 

Also, you need to own the game before trying to download. Come on dude! 

Try to reinstall the launcher and game guys and download the game again. Could be corrupted files.

Again we are aware of backend error 1000. Investigating.

Sounds like one of the following:

- Your home internet is not stable

- You have too many people using the same line

- Not quality network

- Some router settings issue

I cannot pin point the solution to you but you can start looking into those direction.
