Not always. I’ve played a little bit more and I’ve had it happen with quick saving too occasionally. I’ve noticed it seems to happen a lot if I was moving then saved. Standing still then saving seems to cut it down a lot.

I have looted EVERYTHING - I have killed EVERYTHING - I have interacted with EVERYTHING, yet the game refuses to let me leave the dungeon. The door to go back in the lava room is locked and can't be opened. I have tried reloading, fresh save + reload, restarting the game, nothing works. I have no characters with dimensional door, and the one scroll that was found has already been used.

Not only is it really odd choice to lock in the player in an optional dungeon, but its more odd that theres like 9 ways to soft lock the game once you're inside.

Also, the aasimar halo on my gold dragon often vanishes (visually) and can often appear frozen in air. Amusingly I’ve seen it “around” the neck of the golden golem at the citadel. Jealous much?

The halo problem was already fixed on PC, will be included in the next patch for consoles as well. We're monitoring the fog of war issues.

Hi u/OwlcatStarrok major issue, PS4 ver on PS5. Enemies can see and target through walls and doors, leading to mobs being alerted and doors inaccessible during combat. This is progress breaking and makes navigating dungeons impossible. Is there any way to roll back the update or to issue a hotfix. I've already submitted two reports via ingame bug reporting. Please push this higher, it is impossible for me to play at this time and I've already been waiting for the most recent patch due to the journal bug.

I also think this is related to the journal popping up when ending your turn in turn-based combat. Both seem to happen at around the same time. I'm pretty new in my playthrough and I've seen both the end-turn journal issue and this inventory sort issue twice now.

It seems i can now target and kill enemies through doors and walls. Not sure if this is a side effect of a certain buff spell i have on or if its just the patch in general that has caused it. Will test this without buffs when i get a chance to see if it still happening. The enemy also seems to be able to this also as they aggroed me from the other side of a blocked door with the purple mist stuff on it.

I can also see them highlighted in other rooms i have not entered when i have highlight object on, e.g. ill be in the room next door, cannot see in the other room, but can see the enemies in the room.

Melee enemies cannot get to my characters as door is closed, but ranged enemies can hit through the wall and door.

And checking it quickly on One X I’m happy to say that it does something right performance wise! I’m in Iz now, had a save just before a big fight that previously saw fps drop really low, now was pretty ok! Not perfect but definitely better. Iz in general seems noticeably better, even just walking around!

And I couldn’t be more happy about the disappearing windows thing.

Not only did the achievement trigger, but also, entire character epilogue slides were blank!

And no, apart with fiddling with xp sharing i adjusted no other parameters for the playthrough.

We still really need player videos with the freezing lockpicking bug to help us deal with it. It's very important for it to be a long video so that we see all the actions in the 5-10 minutes before the bug. Just upload it to youtube or elsewhere and let me know.
